SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I Boundary Wall

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil. For Length = 1214.00 RM

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete (50x50x5mm).

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately).

PART-II Anti Climb Fencing

Providing & fixing High Security 3.06m (2.70m high CHS post above ground + 0.36m high Y arms on post) high 358 weld mesh fencing as per specified drawing complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge consisting of following items: Providing and Fixing Circular Hellow Section (CHS) post having external dia of 76.10 mm thickness 3.60 mm and having minimumweight 6.44 kg / meter with Hot dip galvanised coating of minimum 360GSM as per IS 2629/IS 4759/ASTM AI23/IS 4736 and thermoplast powder coating of minimum 200 microns of colour RAI. 6005, total length of post 3.40m provided at 2.5 m center to center using 10 mm dia and 300 mm long M.S anchor rod tied with the post at the bottem with wire including 700 mm embeded in cement concrete block of required size as per drawing (CC block concrete will be paid seperately). For Lenght = 2.669 KM

Providing and Fixing Straining Y - arms, for supporting concertina coil, as per specified drawing, made up of MS angle 50 x50 x5 mm one arm length 510 mm, welding as mentioned in drawing with Hot dip galvanised coating of minimum 360 GSM as per IS 2629/IS, 4759/ASTM AI23/IS 4736 and thermoplast powder sleeve caps (Cap of 63 mm outer dia for straining Y arms being provided at every 30 meter of size shape and fixing arrangement of caps with two numbers S S mushroom head bolts with breakable head safety nuts (M 8 X 120) and 6 sets of eve bolts (M 8 X 100 mm) to be provided as per attached drawings) made of 3mm thick 63 mm OD 100mm long pipe welded to 76mm dia 4 mm thick plate and with Hot dia galvanised coating of minimum 360 GSM as per IS 2629/IS 4759/ASTM A123/IS 4736 and thermoplast powder coating of minimum 200 microns of colour RAL 6005.

Providing and Fixing intermediate Y-arms for supporting concertina coil as per specified drawing, made of MS angle 40x 40x4 mm,one arm length 510 mm, welding as mentioned in drawing, with Hot dip galanised coating of minimum 360 GSM as per IS 2629/IS, 4759/ASTM AI23/IS 4736 and thermoplast powder coating of minimum 200 microns of colur RAL 6005 fitted to CHS posts with proper sleeve caps (cap of 83 mm outer dia, 79 mm inner dia for intermediate Y arms being provided at every 2.5 meter of size, shape and fixing arrangement of caps with two numbers SS mushroom head bolts with breakable head safty nuts (M 8X120) to be provided as per attached drawing ) made of 2mm thick plate and with Hot dip galvanised coating of minimum 360 GSM as per IS 2629/IS, 4759/ASTM AI23/IS 4736 and thermoplast powder coating of minimum 200 microns of colour RAL 6005.

Providing and Fixing High security weld mesh panel, wire mesh panel of size 2667x950mm, weight 9.59 kg/sqm having mesh wire diamete 4.00 mm (+/-0.05mm). Mesh size 12.7 x 46.20 mm with zinc coating on wire @ 40-50 GSM & minimum 120 microns of powder coating (Dual coated) of colour RAI 6005. Produced by electrical resistance galvanised wires and subsequently powder coated that are reinforced by means V - shapes in horizontal direction of the panel of size, as shown in the drawing including overlapping of panel (.75 mm over lap in horizontal 7 OMI-GA clamps of size 180 mm 35 mm x 3 mm and profile plates of size of 180 mm x 50.20mm xx 2.75 mm using two numbers SS mushroom head bolts with berakable head safty nuts (M & X 50) and washers for fixing the mesh to the CHS post all complete as per attached drawing, as per manufacture specifications and as directed by Enginner in Charge (Cost of providing and fixing OMI GA clamp, profile plates, all nut/bolt/washer etc shall be paid seperatly). Note:- For measurement purpose, normal overlapping of weld mesh panel at CHS post is inclusive upto 167 mm on both sides, However extra area measurement over and above the elevational area shall be permitted for the overlapping beyond 167 mm and upto 334 mm, on both sides at the cross drainage locations. For overlapping more than 334 mm, contractor shall have to arrange customized size panel.

Providing and Fixing. OMEGA clamp of size 180mm x 35mm x 3mm and profile plates of size of 180mm x50.20mm x 2.75mm of shapes as per manufacture specifications and attached drawings made with M.S plate/flat and Hot dip galvanised coating of minimum 360 GSM as per IS 2629/IS 4759/ASTM A123/IS 4736 and thermoplast power coating of minimum head bolts with breakable head safty nuts (M 8x50) and washers for fixing the mesh to the CHS post all complete as per attached drawings, as per manufacture specifications and as directed by Enginner in Charge.)

Providing and Fixing 6 Nos Razor wire of Tear Blade profile (3 Nos fixed to each arm of Straining & intermediate Yarms using accessories as per manufactures specifications) having galvanised of length of 30 mm , thickness 0.45 mm, C/C distance of blades as 50 mm & core wire diameter 3.50 mm of SS 304 and having tension strength of 1400-1500 N per Sq. mm.

Providing & fixing punched tape concertina coil of dia 850mm with 56 loops, weight 20.08 kg/coil, strechable for 10 meter on top of Y-arm of the fence and with razor wire by Hog ring and atleast 5 steel clips per loop with Tear blade profile having Galanised blade of length of 30 mm, thickness 0.45 mm, C/ C distance of blades as 50 mm with core wire diameter 3.5 mm of SS 304 Fixed to existing post with the help of proper SS 304 fixing assessories and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Providing and Fixing IP Binder 160 x 25x3 mm thick with M8x35 mm long Mushroom head bolt & security nut with washer of shapes as per manufacture specifications and attached drawing made with M.S plate/flat and Hot dip galvanised coating of minimum 360 GSM as per IS2629/IS 4759/ASTM A123 / IS 4736 and thermoplast powder coating of minimum 200 microns of colur RAL 6005 using two numbers SS mushroom head bolts with breakable head safty nuts (M 8x35) and washers with all necessary fittings for fixing the intermediate mesh panel in between CHS post all complete aas per attached drawings, as per manufacture specifications and as directed by Enginner in Charge.

Providing and fixing GI pipes from the outer edge of pavement upto edge of CHS post of India dise complete and 20 cm above the pavement @ 25 mtr c/c across the pavement of fencing for laying cable including plugging the edges as per approval and directions of Engineer-in-charge 80 mm normal inner dia pipes.

PART-IIII Steel Gate

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece.
