SUB-BASEPREPARATION Preparation of subgrade by excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidation including making good the undulation etc.

Removing the excavated stuff to a distance not exceeding 50m and lift upto1.5m excavated surface levelled and neatly dressed, disposed earth to be levelled after breaking clods and neatly dressed as per specifications. All excess material shall be removed from site complete

GRADING/SLOPING Shaping the ground to the desired shape by giving a minimum slope of </=0.2% lateral gradient towards the drain lines

COMPACTION Compaction of original ground with maximum Of 6 passes of 8to10 tones Road Roller/Power Vibratory Roller to an ideal level of Proctor 98% including filling in depression occurring during rolling including cost of all labour, HOM of machinery complete as per specifications.

SOILING Supply and lay Granular Sub-Base (GSB) as per specifications, compacted to 95% MDD in layers not exceeding 150mm thickness, including all necessary excavation and disposal of surplus material, compaction, watering, curing etc.

Wet Mix Macadam Base Course - 100mm: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate toWet Mix Macadam specification including screening of aggregates and granular materials, premixing the material with water at OMC in Wet Mix Plant,carriage of mixed material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with Paver in Sub-base/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, including supply of all materials, machinery, fuel and lubricants, including incidental costs for lighting, guarding, barricading, making earthen bundh to protect the edges including cost of quality control complete as per Clause 406 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H.

Dense Bituminous Macadam -50mm: Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with Hot Mix Plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, filler and bituminous binder as per design Job Mix Formula conforming Marshall Method as per specification, including screening, cleaning of chips and preparing a uniform and quality mix in Hot Mix Plant and ensuring a homogeneous mix, in which all particles of the mineral aggregates are coated uniformly,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling to achieve the desired density of atleast 98%of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen,hand packing and pinning to give an even surface including cost and carriage of bitumen,coarse and fine aggregates and filler materials and hire charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control,fuels and lubricants and wages of operational staff complete as per Clause 505 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H. For Grading 2:19 mm nominal size,50 mm thick.Using Drum mix Type HMP of minimum capacity 40 -60 TPH, laying a 40mm Bituminous Macadam course with Bitumen 2.5% by weight and grade

Tack Coat (2 coats): Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS:8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H. On Bituminous Surface (Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 Kg per sqm.) ([email protected] kg per sqm.)

Bituminous Concrete -25mm: Providing and laying COMPACTED bituminous concrete with Hot Mix Plant using coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler materials and bituminous binder of required specification including screening, cleaning of chips and preparing a uniform and quality mix in Hot Mix Plant and ensuring a homogeneous mix, in which all particles of the mineral aggregates are coated uniformly,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandemrollers for breakdown,inter-mediate and finished rolling to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, including cost and carriage of bitumen,coarse and fine aggregates and filler materials and hire charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control, fuels and lubricants and wages of operational staff Complete as per Clause 507 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H. For Grading 2(13.2mm nominal size,40mm thick.):Using Drum mix Type HMP of minimum capacity40-60TPH. Laying 40 mm compacted thick Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete course with Bitumen3.5% by weight, Grade 80/100.

DRAINAGE SYSTEM Construction of 6"open saucer drain with MS jali cover which includes labour,lead,accessories includes etc., complete.

ACRYLIC SPORTS SURFACE-ITF APPROVED Supply and installation of 6 layer cushion Acrylic Sprots Surface of KDF/Rebound make or equivalent in layers as below: Primer 1layer,1 layer of Resurfacer,2 layer fine cushion, 2 layer of texture colour and line marking as per ITF standards

Supply and Installation of two sets of Tennis net posts along with Nets and side sticks which includes labour,lead,accessories includes etc., complete.
