Up- gradation of private railway siding from Mudariya Crossing station to main power house in connection with raising speed of 50km per hour in place of 30km per hour at SGTPS MPPGCL Birsinghpur

Febrication, transportation up to bridge approaches and supply of new galvanised steel channel sleepers made from standard rolled section (Confirming to IS 2062) as per latest approved drawing of Railways including the supply of all other required fitting fixitures, M.S packing plate duly galvanised for running rail & guard rail as per specification indicated in approved drawing with contractors expenditure completely. The work includes cutting of steel to size & shape, drilling, assembling, welding, riveting, bolting, holing, milling, grinding, galvanising of steel components and machining. the work includes the manufacturing, transportation, supply of all fittings as mentioned in relevant approved drawing as well as glavanising of M.S. fillings (The length of sleepers may vary as per site condition) Approved of channel sleeper drawing from Railway to suite at site is in the scope of contractor.

Supply and transportation (up to bridge approaches) of elastomeric pads and grooved rubber pads as per drawing No. RDSO/T-5155 to 5164 and RDSO/T-5197 to 5200 with latest ALT, if any and drawing No. RDSO/B-1636/1-R and RDSO/B-1636/2 R with latest ALT and specification given therein of approved quality with contractor’s tools, plants, labour, taxes, levies etc. complete.

Fixing steel channel sleeper on birdge with all fittings/ Fixtures and components on girder birdge as per Railways approved drawing or as directed by engineer incharge after dismentling the existing birdge timber, running rail, guard rails gang path way & other fitting. The work includes carrying steel channel sleepers to proper position, removal of running and guard rail, gang pathway, drilling of hole, re-linking running and guard rail in desire alignment, cross level, fixing all rubber/ elastomaric pad with contractors epoxy adhesive etc complete the track for moving to traffic. The rate includes application of epoxy painting (RDSO specification No. M&C/PCN-III/2000) on rail seat and stacking on wall material at safe location as desired by Engineer in-charge. Work to be carried out under traffic condition.

Supplying, laying and fixing of 06 mm thick and 800 mm vide chequered plate on birdges comfirming to IS 3502 for gang way in middle of track on bridge including fixing with contractor's U bolt/fittings and steel connection for steel channel sleeper as directed by Engineer in-charge work to be carried out under traffic condition.

Supplying, laying and fixing of M.S. angle of size 75x75x8 mm on both siding channel sleeper after laying on girder by drilling holes to fix with hook bolts. The angle shall be painted with one coat of paint zinc chrome yellow to IS: 104 second coat of paint zinc chorme redixde to IS 2074 and two finishing coat of redoixde paint. (IS: 123) work to be carried out under traffic condition.

Supplying of following galvaised MS fittings as per relavant RDSO drawing for steel channel sleeper with all loading unloading transportation taxes etc complete.

Supply 1 in 8½ points and crossing of 52 kg, T-12 (Ist quality) rails with curved switch and CMS crossing including supply of PSC sleepers with including approach and exit sleepers etc complete confirming of RDSO drawing No. T-4865, 4866, 4867 with all parts/materials as listed in the drawings such as, lead rails fish plate, fish bolts bearing plates, rail screw leading and following stretcher bar bracket, lugs etc complete as per latest IRS specification, to make the complete assembly.

Supply of 1 in 12 points and crossing of 52 kg of T-12 rail with curved switch and CMS crossing on PSC layout with supply of PSC sleeper including approach and existing sleepers etc complete relavant to RDSO drawing No. T-4732 to 4734 with all materials as per listed drawings such as lead rails fish plate, fish bolts bearing plate rail screw, stretcher bar etc with all fitting complete as per latest IR specification to make the complete assembly.

Complete renewal of following type 52 kg point and crossing in running track including switch (straight or curved) crossing & lead rails portion i.e. removal the existing and assembling & laying of same as supplied under item No. 1 & 2 of same or higher section of rails sleepers of any type, fittings, fastining, strecher bar, check rail etc complete with leading of supplied materials, as directed by Engineer in-charge, work to be carried out under traffic condition.

Deep screening of track ballast for point & crossing including track 300 mm below bottom of sleeper & screening complete ballast section, this includes opening of ballast, digging down 300 mm (any type of strata) below the botttom of sleeper, taking out caked up ballast & muck etc from entire section, putting back of clean ballast & dressing to the required ballast profile, throwing away screened muck, grading the bed 1in 40 i/c cutting of cess if required for effective drainage & one round of packing with screened /New ballast , work to be carried out in running traffic condition etc complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Supply of 50 mm crusher broken hard stone ballast free from dust, vegetation etc as per latest Railways specification and stacking along the railway track at desire location with all transportation taxes and royalty including testing charge etc complete.

Spreading of stone ballast (supplied in item No.08) in railway track from stacks maintaining the desire profile with all leads & lifts, crossing of tracks labours, T&P etc complete with all safety & precautionary arrangements as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Transporting of release P-way material with loading & unloading od material from site to MPPGCL store (lead 0.5 km to 10 km) work to be carried out under traffic condition.
