Labour for Chipping of concrete surface before taking up Plastering work.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Taking out carefully G.C.I. or C.I. or asbestos sheets (including ridges etc.) from roof or wall after unscrewing bolts, nuts, screws etc.and stacking the material at site as directed.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints or rougening of concrete surface, including throating, nosing and drip course where necessary (ground floor) (i) With 6:1 cement mortar, (c) 15 mm. thick plaster

Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same thoroughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufacturer's specification.

Supply and installation of Decorative Child Frendly Dustbin as per attached drawing and design inclding carrying

a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc. On Steel Surface.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make including & smooth finishing surfaces thoroughly… two coats..With super gloss (hi-gloss) -On Steel Surface.

Supplying, fitting & fixing Zn-Al alloy (55% Al & 45% Zn) coating of 150 grams per sq. metre (followed by colour coated on both side) steel sheet work having minimum yield strength of 550 Mpa of trapizoidal profile of approved make (excluding the supporting frame work) fitted and fixed with 55 mm & 25 mm self tapping screw, EPDM Washer 16 mm dia & 3 mm th. washer etc. complete with 150 mm end lap and one corrugation minimum side lap. (Payment to be made on area of finished work)

Providing and Fixing of False ceilling with powder coated exposed G.I Grid suspension system (E-Grid T 2430 or equivalent load capacity with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing 1200 mm c/c ) consisting of Main Runner 3600 mm long, Cross Tee 1200 mm/600 mmlong and wall Angle. The wall Angle shall be Fixed ...... E.I.C
