Cleaning / blockage of 'S' trap/'P' trap/WC's (Orissa Pattern/ European/Indian Type) /WHB / Urinal /floor trap /Gully trap,nahani trap in running/flowing order without disturbance by removal of blockage of any type by deploying sufficient Nos of Safaiwalas and making fully functional at any location including all the T&P reuired for the purpose complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Cleaning of blockage sewage pipe line any bore/any type in running/flowing order without disturbance by removal of blockage of any type incl all T&P required by deploying sufficient Nos of Safaiwala and making fully functional at any location and at any floor in the area covered by Mil Station Hallomajra including all the T&P reuired for the purpose complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge Note for Ser No 1 & 2: (a) The quantity of unclogging chemical as required will be measured and paid for seperately. (b) Contrator will provide 02 Safaiwalas per day for 08 Hrs to attent the above complaints for complete tenure of contact. The quoted rates of the contractor deemed to include the cost of aforesaid manpower (c) Both the Safaiwalas will attend the MES complaint cell at 0900 hrs to collect the complaint. The contractor will be responsible to ensure their attencdence and rectification of the complaints. (d) Recovery @ Rs 1000/- per person per day in addition to no payment if any of the safaiwala found absent. (e) The contractor will ensure the rectification of all complaint irrespective of Nos within 24 Hrs by deploying additional safaiwalas if need. Nothing extra will be paid on this account (f) The contractor shall be solely responsible for supplying all the safety equipments and observing safety rules required by the safaiwalas during working Hrs as per Govt policies in vogue and as amended time to time. (g) All the waste material/ sludge shall be disposed off outside of MD land

Dewatering/Desluding of of septic tank 20 users, desilting and removing sludge as in foul conditions and removing of sludge beyond MoD and deposited in borrow pits including excavation of borrow pits and covered with 10cm thick layers of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Dewatering/desludging shall be done by suction pump/any mechanical means and disposal by truck mounted trailors to dispose off sludge etc beyond MOD land earmaked by local Muncipal Corporation).

Dewatering/Desluding of of septic tank 50 users, desilting and removing sludge as in foul conditions and removing of sludge beyond MoD and deposited in borrow pits including excavation of borrow pits and covered with 10cm thick layers of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Dewatering/Desluding of manholes (any size and depth), desilting and removing sludge from manholes as in foul conditons and removing of sludge beyond MoD land and deposited in borrow pits including excavation of borrow pits and covered with 10cm thick layers of soil complete all as specified and directed. Note: Dewatering /desludging shall be done by suction pump / any mechanical means and disposal by truck mounted trailors to dispose off sludge etc beyond MOD land earmaked by local Muncipal Corporation .

Desilting of existing drains of any size and taking out all debries,garbage or any solid/foreign materials from inside the drain including removal of shrubs,bushes,vegetations along both sides of drain comlete including removing of debries outside the MOD land to a distance exceeding 250 metre but not exceeding 500 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
