Outsourcing of services for operation of 1 No of Lift (1 No of lift 8 passenger capacity in building No. P-101) of Make "KONE" in two shift from 0700hrs to 1500hrs on all days including Sundays and holidays by engaging one lift operator in each shift including reliever with proper uniform and necessary tools and safety equipments all as specified and as directed.

Outsourcing of services for operation of 4 No of lifts at MAP pocket -I (Bldg No.P-317 & P-318, two lifts in each bldg), HQTC of Make: Johnson of capacity 8/13 passenger and DG set 40 KVA for the lift operation in two shifts from 0600hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs on all days including Sundays and holidays, 2 shifts, by engaging one lift rescue attendant in each shift including reliever with proper uniform and necessary tools and safety equipments all as specified and as directed.

Outsourcing of services for operation of 14 No of lifts at MAP pocket -II (Bldg No.P-319 to P-325, two lifts in each bldg), HQTC of Make: Johnson of capacity 8/13 passenger and DG set 140 KVA for the lift operation in two shifts from 0600hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs on all days including Sundays and holidays, 2 shifts, by engaging two lift rescue attendant in each shift including reliever with proper uniform and necessary tools and safety equipments all as specified and as directed.

Note for SL item no.1 to 3 : (a) 8Hours will be treated as one Shift. Number of shifts and timing of shifts will be decided by Engineer-in- Charge. (b) Operator engaged in work shall wear proper uniform with name plates depicting details of the operator and strictly comply with disciplinary instruction issued by Engineer-in- Charge. Non wearing of uniform shall be penalised @ Rs 100/- Per person/shift. (c) Operator employed should perform daily check for proper functioning of all lifts and inform JE E/M/ AGE E/M if any abnormal/ malfuntioning soon after the notice. (d) Operator engaged is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of lift cabin, control room and its premesis and removal of vegitation growth around the generator. (e) The operator employed should have ITI qualified or Having minimum experience of 4 years in the relevant trade. Relevant work experience/ qualification certificate must be submitted prior to commencement of contract. (f) The payments must be directly made to the bank account of the operator and account statement shall be produced for claiming bills of payments.
