Strengthening & Block topping to the K.Navaneethakrishnapuram to Muthammalpuram Road Km 0/0-5/800 in Alangulam panchayat union(R-6).

Clearing and Grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including and disposal of top Organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201,(i) (A) - Scrub Jungle Clearance

Picking the Exisiting Bituminous/Water Bound Macadam surface to a depth of 100mm by Mechanical means and addition of deficit aggregate @ 50% for Construction of Granular sub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with standard bed camber on prepared surface, and compacting with Vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Earthwork excavation for Road work in all Soils with Hydraulic excavator of 0.90 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 1000m as per Technical specification Clause 302.3

Providing and Laying Gravel to 100mm compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction as per Technical specification Clause

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and applying Prime Coat with Bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) using Emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.70 kg per sqm on the prepared Granular surface (Wet Mix Moisture/ Wet Mix Macadam layer) treated with Primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (ii)

Providing and applying Tack Coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using Emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared Granular surface (Water Bound Macadam Gr III layer/Wet Mix Macadam Layer) treated with Primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (ii)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete based on job mix formula mixed in hot mix plant of drum type in one layer for overlay as shown in drawing using paving Bitumen 60/70 penetration grade as per IS 73 and aggregates conforming to grading with 50.30 Kgs of VG 30 Bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete.

Provision for HM stone at each Furlong/Hectameter - 200m (regular intervals) as per standard dimensions and specifications mentioned in the departmental specifications etc., complete.

Provision for KM stone at each Kilometer - 1000m (regular intervals) as per standard dimensions and specifications mentioned in the departmental specifications etc., complete.

Maintenance Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under Nabard including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost
