Renovation of C Type Quarters in Phase I area at Kaiga Township.

Part A - Civil Works Cutting and cleareance of grown Wild Vegetation, bushes, grass, all other unwanted plants & creepers etc. by using ' Weed Cutting Machine ' or by mannual including Hire charges of tractor with trailor and all required tool & tackles etc., cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Part A - Civil Works Earthwork Excavation in all Sorts of Soil for foundation trenches, walls, drains, plinths, footings, pedestals, colunmns and for all other miscellaneous foundation works etc., including Cutting / removing & clearance of jungle, bushes, grass & creepers etc. Shoring, strutting, bailing out water [if necessary], dressing, leveling & hand ramming he bottom of foundation base using wooden hand rammer with proper watering, refilling the sides of the foundation with excavated available good quality of Soil, leveling & hand ramming the sides of foundation base using wooden hand rammer with proper watering, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform collecting & disposing the waste soil or surplus soil, generated waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Part A - Civil Works Removing by chisteling / hammering / breaking of BB, CC Block, RR Masonry work with both side plaster, in cement mortar & other finishes if any etc. including collecting, shifting, loading, carriage, unloading & stacking the serviceable materials [such as Bricks, Stone rubbles & CC blocks & other servicable marterials] in Civil Sectional Store at Kaiga Township, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, collecting, stacking the debris / unwanted materials upto a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the placer of work work premises, cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specifications and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations & at all heights & lifts.

Part A - Civil Works Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Part A - Civil Works Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations and other similar works etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Part A - Civil Works Providing and laying 150 mm. thick Stone Soling using hard; durable & approved quality stones / rubbles of 150 mm. size including preparation of bed properly by proper leveling; dressing & hand ramming proper watering, providing & filling / fixing interstices using small size stones / chips, providing & spreading binding materials such as murrum / gravel etc., upto a lead of 50 meters outside work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations.

Part A - Civil Works Providing and laying PCC, 1:3:6 using 20 mm & downsize, clean, crushed, well graded, cubical shape, sharp edged aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality stones / rubbles for plinth, floor & drain bedding & all other various miscellaneous PCC works including preperation of base by closed hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces; racking out the adjoining masonry joints and cleaning, machine mixing, transporting, laying, spraeding, consolidation, leveling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing removing staging / platform, providing; fixing & removing formwork, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/heights. NOTE: OPC 43 Grade cement of reputed brand shall be used for executing this item.

Part A - Civil Works Providing and laying 40 mm. thick, IPS [Indian Patent Stone] Flooring with PCC 1:2:4 using 10 / 12 mm. & down size, clean, crushed, well graded, cubical shape, sharp edged aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality stones / rubbles including machine mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, compaction, laying in bays to proper line; slope or level etc. using 6 mm. [with rounding the top surface] thick plane glass as dividing strips for flooring, steps, landings & ramps, mooth finish, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surface, racking out the joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, Curing, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2 to 3 kms., from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift.

Part A - Civil Works Providing and laying RCC, 1:1.5:3, using 20 mm & downsize, clean, crushed, well graded of hard, durable and approved quality for RCC works including mixing [valumatric / as directed by engineer-in-charge] including preperation of base by closed hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces; racking out the adjoining masonry joints and cleaning, machine mixing, transporting, laying, spraeding, consolidation, leveling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing removing staging / platform, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/heights. NOTE: OPC 43 Grade cement of reputed brand shall be used for executing this item.

Part A - Civil Works Providing and laying reputed make high yeild strength deformed Reinforcement Bars of all diameters confirming to grade D-500 of IS:1786 [latest edition] including preperation of base, cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & providing & tying using binding wire of suitable guage [soft annealed binding wire] for all insitu concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks [cover blocks shall be cast in same grade of concrete & cured properly] ,providing, fixing removing staging / platform, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 2 to 3 kms. from the place of work & cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/heights.
