Note - 1. All T&P, including suitable nitrogen cylinder, pressure regulator, manifold/gauges, hoses, leak-detection equipment and other tools/equipment required for pressure testing, as well as nitrogen gas, shall be deemed included in the rate of this item.
2. Major replacement components/materials required for rectification of leakage, such as replacement coils, major sections of refrigerant piping, valves, compressor components or other major spare parts, shall not be included in this item and shall be measured and paid for separately under the relevant item of schedule, wherever provided. | 10 | Each job | - | - |
| 9 | Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable power contactor and supplying, fixing and connecting a new 3-pole power contactor, rated for 415 V AC, 3-phase, 50 Hz supply, with 220/230 V AC, 50 Hz coil and auxiliary contacts as required for the existing control circuit, conforming to the applicable requirements of IEC 60947-4-1, including all necessary electrical connections, minor accessories, testing and commissioning complete for the following operational current under AC-3 duty:-
