Cleaning Aquarium of capacity up to 75 litres by completely de-watering and taking out the fishes and preserved in suitable fresh water container and neatly cleaning the all decorative contents such as stone pebbles, base materials, air pump, aerator tube, entire aquarium (both inside and out side surface) by neatly washing with neutral cleaning solution so as to remove all the sludge,waste deposits, algae, fungus, vegetation growth etc., once the aquarium is clean to crystal clearness all the decorative materials shall be put back in required position along with pump, aretor, light fittings etc., Cost includes all T & P required for this job and disposal sludge/waste at suitable place as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Repair and easening of aluminium door shutter of size varies from 700mm to 1050mm and height upto 2.40m. by takingout the shutter for replacement of damaged pivots, rubber gasket, re-assembling the shutter by removing and refixing the screws in styles/rails, filing the edges whereever required etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing of blockage/chokage in manhole chamber and sewerage line up to dia 200mm between chambers at Auditorium and Inspection quarters Mechanically by arranging pressure jet sewer /gutter cleaning equipment housed over the lorry and cleaning the choked line by inserting the vocuum pump for removing blockage and with high pressure water pumping from chambers along the sewer line and making the line free flow for sewage along with collection including disposal of sludge to the nearby BBMP/Municipal dumping yard as permitted by the authorities etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note:-1) Depth of manhole varies from 0.45m to 2.5m 2) Ni extra payment shall be made on any account 3) The entire job involves mechanical cleaing of manhole chambers 05 Nos and sewer line of approximate length 60m and 200mm dia as per the directions

Clearing of blockage in floor traps/gully traps between the sewage line in the shaft and from Urinals/wash basins at inside the building by rodding and splashing the water along with bleaching powder and taking out deposited silt and foreign matter and making the line for free flow of sewage etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Necessary grouting of wornout tile joints in flooring and dado with a mixture of white cement admixed with water proofing compound with matching colouring pigment including racking the joints to remove old filler material, grouting with new materials, pointing and rounding the edges wherever required etc,all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Dismanteling of precast cement concrete pavers including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead :

Re-laying of stacked available precast cement concrete pavers including filling M-sand for the base and compacting paver with M-sand to give even surface of existing parking flooring level etc., complere as per Engineer-in-charge.

Making necessary openings in stone masonry wall /RCC beam of thickness up to 35 cm with mechanical device for passing drain/water supply pipe Etc.and repairing the hole after the insertion of drain/water supply pipe etc. with cement concrete including finishing complete so as to make it leak proof at all heights, including taking all safety measures for men and material (The Rate includes cost of cutting scafolding and labour charges) etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing double sacffolding system (Ropes,Nails, screws etc.type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 100 mm dia.(vertical) and 75 mm dia.wooden ballies 1.50 m centre to centre horizontal & vertical posts joining with ropes,nails and screws clamps etc. system with well seasoned andplank platforms in the scaffolding for working platform etc and maintaining it in a serviceable condition forthe required duration as approved and removing it there after.The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc.wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workman etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

Arresting leakages in the PVC/CI swr pipes of size 75 mm to 160 mm and fittings by removing if necessary by breaking the brickwall, removal of defective pipe with fittings, fixing of new pipe and fittings in position and finishing the same in cement mortar after the leakage is arrested including fixing new fittings if necessary. The cost of pipe and fittings will be paid separately at all heights etc. complete all as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Arresting leakages in the GI/CPVC pipes of size 15 mm to 40 mm and fittings by removing if necessary by breaking the brickwall/tiles and finishing the same in cement mortar after the leakage is arrested including fixing of new connected fittings if necessary. The cost of fittings will be paid separately. The rate includes for at all heights etc. complete all as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of credit of old GI/PVC pipes to the contractor and other incidental charges and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

Removing plants/vegetation grown up on walls surface and junctions of wall and sanitary pipes in sanitary shaft and applying the acid for the roots which were exposed and cleaning the surface along with disposing the debris to the dumping yard etc., complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: The rate is inclusive of joola (cradle) for movement of labour to various floors to remove the plants. 2. The rate is inclusive of providing insurance to the labour & the contractor is solely responsible for the safety arrangements of labour employed. 3. The rate is for any height and any floor and is inclusive of all incidental charges and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.
