(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4coarse sand) of inside size 45x50x60 cm deep channel side wall to be 50cm deep below channel level over precast cement concrete cube at size15cmx15cmx15cm shall be fixed in form opening as bell mouth under the SFRC manhole cover frame of size 550x450mm opening with one rounding of to match the profile of cement concrete kerb stone including concrete 15cm thickproviding and laying bed concrete 15cm dia of mix 1:4:8 (1cement: 4coarse sand 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and 50mm thick 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 12mm thick inside the cement plaster in side chamber with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement :3coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement finished including excavation foundation filling etc complete and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any C&D Waste management site within 25 km lead i.e. Shastri park/Burari/Mundka including weighing at plant etc, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Weighing and unloading at the C&D plant shall be as per procedure/rules of the plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C&D waste plant. The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts.
