M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable (using colour code as per IS), 1100 volts grade drawn through and including surface PVC casing caping (ISI marked) with all accessories including surface/ concealed sheet steel terminal/CI box with 3mm thick for fixing modular type switch and socket including 1.5 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multistranded cable for continuous earth conductor (using green colour) to common earth and connecting to earth dolly, the make of cable shall be one of the following M/s Finolex, M/s Havells, M/s Plaza, complete all as specified & directed for light/fan.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose PVC/polycarbonate, isolated body surface Bakelite 65mm dia three terminals

M&L for switch modular type single pole one way 6 amps complete all as directed by Engr - in - charge.

Supply & fixing Air Circulator fans 230 volts single phase oscillating 450 mm sweep, Metal body , Heavy durty, ISI Marked suitable for wall mounting.

M&L for concealed conduit point wiring complete with stranded copper conductor 4 sqmm single core (nominal area ) PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 650 volts grade drawn in and including medium duty concealed in PVC concealed conduit conforming to IS and ISI marked not less than 19 mm dia with 1.6mm thick concealed pressed steel terminal boxes with plate and framecover for rquired module including single core stranded copper conductor 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable in same conduit as earth wire to the common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified

Supply and fixing drain pipe for AC indoor unit, rigid and flexible type 20mm dia with clamps of suitable size as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning hi wall split units indoor & outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2.of capacity -2 Ton capacity complete with all standard accessories, refrigerant and interconnecting cable, mounting arrangements all as specified and as directed.Note - (i) All Tubings shall be of Cu. (ii) AC shall be suitable for outdoor temp of 50 0 C.

Supply , installation, testing and commissionin Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation , single phase naturally air cool indoor type & designed for input variation between 150 volts to 280 volts with output voltage stabilized at 230 volts with accuracy of 2.5% +/- and of capacity of 5 KVA complete with all accessories, mounting arrangement, internal protection, connections and eaerhing complete.
