S/Fixing hexagonal fan box of size 150 mm dia made outof 16 SWG MS sheet including 12mm dia MS rod in the U shape with its vertical legs bent horizontally at the top at least 19 cm on either side and bound to the top reinforcement of the roof at the time of casting i/c S/F 3 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet at the bottom complete as reqd.

Supplying and fixing two module stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required.

SUB HEAD-II (Fan fittings)

SITC of following type prewired surface / recess mounted (minimum colour code 840) LED light fixture & integrated electronic driver including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. with minimum two years warantee complete as required. (Preferred Makes: Philips/SYSKA Wipro/ Havells/ Crompton/ Bajaj/ Osram)

Surface Type LED Batten 40 watts with Extruded Aluminium housing Suitable for Wall & Conduit Mounting having minimum lumen efficacy as 100 lumens/watt with accessories as required. (Preferred Makes: Philips Model BN 021 LED40S- 6500 PSU GR (4ft) or SS Make)

Surface Type LED Round/Square Panel / Downlighter 12/15 watts having minimum lumen efficacy as 100 lumens/watt with accessories etc. as required (Preferred Makes: Philips Model SM250C LED12S-6500 PSU WH or Similar Superior model of preferred make)

LED Street Light Luminaire 30 watts with single die ceramic base high power LED light source, IP66 protection, PDC housing with finless design and high impact resistance (IK08) polycarbonate cover with integrated street light optics. (Pole dia.: 32-40mm.) (Make: Philips Model: BRP331 LED36 CW R5N PC PSU S1 V1 OR similar superior model of preferred make)

LED T Lamp/ Round Lamp /Radial lamp minimum 15Watt with accessories etc. as required

SITC of 1200 mm sweep energy saver ceiling fan including wiring the down rod of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable, including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box etc. as required. (M/s Orient ES-49 or similar superior make, Other preferred makes Crompton Greaves/Usha /Khaitan /Bajaj/ Havells)

SITC of 250 mm sweep Ventilating fan with plastic body and louvers i/c connection with 2x1.5 sqmm cu. Conductor FR PVC cable etc as required at site. (M/s HAVELLS model Venti Air-DX White or similar superior make, Other preferred makes Crompton Greaves/Usha/ Khaitan/Bajaj/Orient)

Supplying and fixing musical/Ding Dong call bell suitable for D.C./A.C. single phase, 230 volts, complete as required.

Supplying and fixing Batten/Angle holder i/c 10W LED Ball Lamp, connections, testing etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of G.I bracket for mounting of LED street light fitting on wall fabricated out of 32mm dia G.I pipe (medium class) of 1 Meter length having suitable machine made curve with suitable size of reducers, 40mmx3mm flat iron clamp and shall be painted with two coats of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint including numbering complete as required.

SITC of 25 Ltr 2KW rating Energy efficient Storage water Heater having 5 star rating with thermostat control and preset thermal cutout, Steel tank (Make Havells Model Puro EX GHWAIAPWB001/Bajaj/Crompton or similar superior make)

SUB HEAD-III (Distribution System)

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type SPN / TPN, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240/ 415 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with metal door, tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/ RCCB/ Isolator)

Supplying and fixing following rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

5 amps to 32 amps, 240 volts Single pole.

Supplying and fixing 40 Amps., double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current up to 30 milli amperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing cable end box(Loose wire box) suitable for following single pole & neutralsheet steel MCB distribution board 240V on surface or in recess complete with testing commissioning etc as required.

Supplying & Laying XLPE Aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes on surface/ existing cable tray/pipe etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and fixing of 6Kg capacity ABC type ISI mark fire extinguisher with hose of suitable length and normally charged and ready for use, fixing the same on wall with bracket, testing etc. as required.

SUB HEAD-IV (Earthing and Lightning Conductor)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.
