Dismantling and taking down carefully all electrical and mechanical components, assemblies, sub systems such as drives, machine, control panels, lift car, ropes, guides, counterweights, rails, beams and doors, electrrical wirings, control wiring etc. complete of existing beyond economical repairs (BER) lifts including taking down all steel work and components from machine room, lift shaft, lift pit and stacking neatly all retrieved components deposit to departmental store for safe custody and for persual of BOO and making good the disturbed surface in machine room at all landings and in lift door faces to mactch with existing surfaces, all as directed at site by Engr in charge for the following lifts :( Making good to disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Design supply , install, testing & commissioning of Passengers lift electrically operated, microprocessor controlled, speed 1.5 meter/sec, lift with single speed motor 415 volts, 3 phase, AC 50Hz supply conforming to IS-14665, suitable to serve G+12 upper floors with AC Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF) Regenerative (Closed loop) drive ( ACD3-MR drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendent, centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, emergency automatic rescue device (ARD) system with standby power supply by using suitable capacity maintenance free battery, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in voice announcement system in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoistway as the car passes or, stops at a floor served by the elevator, announcing system ( 01 Nos without hand set in car , (02 Nos with hand set in Machine room & near ground (floor landing door),Battery operated emergency light & alarm complete all as specified for 13 passenger as per the details given below complete all as specified and directed:- (Location of lift :Hoogly View) Note : - The under mentioned scope of work for B/R & E/M works related and any other works required with installation of lift for entire completion and its smooth function is demmed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor :- (i) Preparation of shaft (including structural repair wherever needed by standard practice using polymer modified mortor / microconcrete after rust remover and anti rust coating. (ii) Complete wiring with and including conduit pipe , replacement and installation of load hook, and slab cutting wherever required.

(iii) Shaft pit preparation to host the lift including its water proofing and required concreting to make requisite level of base. (iv) Work related to door facia & lintel preparation and granite finish in all 3 facia of door at all floor. (v) Padestal preperation at machine room. (vi) Requisite shaft lighting with 5 Pin 6A socket at every landing, Pit light with 1 No , 5 Pin 6A socket with switch. (vii) Lift must conform to standards of latest IS 17900 if its implemented since Dec 2025.

However if any modification is still required as per manufacturers recommendation the same shall be carriried out by Contractor without any extra cost to the Department) . Pit depth and overhead shall be such as to conform to the requirements of bottom clearance and top clearance as specified in IS: 14665.

(l) Head Room : As per existing site. (m) Power supply : 415 volts Three-Phase, 50 Cycles AC. The entire lift equipment shall be suitable for operation at +10% to - 20% of rated supply voltage. (n) Auxiliary supply : 220 volts Single-Phase, 50 Cycles AC. (o) Earth connection : All new Earthing Points and Earth Contunity strips, connections Conductors shall be provided as per NBC, National Electrical Code and Code of Practices for Earhing. The cost of earthing and connected items shall be paid separaty under respective item of work in schedule. (p) Car Enclosure : Stainless Steel (Hairline) mirror finish body of car having minimum thickness of SS Sheet as 1.5 mm incl recessed LED light, false ceiling, as per NBC or other relevant BIS code. (q) Car Size : As per NBC 2016 or other relevant BIS code of latest edition.. (r) Flooring : 18-20mm thick granite flooring. (s) No of Entrance : One location - Front.

Design supply , install, testing & commissioning of Passengers lift electrically operated, microprocessor controlled, speed 1.5 meter/sec, lift with single speed motor 415 volts, 3 phase, AC 50Hz supply conforming to IS-14665, suitable to serve G+5 upper floors with AC Variable Voltage Variable Frequency (VVVF) Regenerative (Closed loop) drive ( ACD3-MR drive) complete with all standard accessories, simplex automatic & manual dual controlled operation with/without attendent, centre opening doors with door drive (electric motor driven mechanism), sliding stainless steel doors, emergency automatic rescue device (ARD) system with standby power supply by using suitable capacity maintenance free battery, 3D infra red sensor in full height of door & built in voice announcement system in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoistway as the car passes or, stops at a floor served by the elevator, announcing system ( 01 Nos without hand set in car , (02 Nos with hand set in Machine room & near ground (floor landing door)),Battery operated emergency light & alarm complete all as specified for 6 passenger as per the details given below complete all as specified and directed:- (Location of lift :TV13 ALIPORE-01, TV14 ALIPORE-01) Note : - The under mentioned scope of work for B/R & E/M works related and any other works required with installation of lift for entire completion and its smooth function is demmed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor :- (i) Preparation of shaft (including structural repair wherever needed by standard practice using polymer modified mortor / microconcrete after rust remover and anti rust coating. (ii) Complete wiring with and including conduit pipe , replacement and installation of load hook, and slab cutting wherever required.

(iii) Shaft pit preparation to host the lift including its water proofing and required concreting to make requisite level of base. (iv) Work related to door facia & lintel preparation and granite finish in all 3 facia of door at all floor. (v) Padestal preperation at machine room. (vi) Requisite shaft lighting with 5 Pin 6A socket at every landing, Pit light with 1 No , 5 Pin 6A socket with switch. (vii) Lift must conform to standards of latest IS 17900 if its implemented since Dec 2025.

(k) Existing Pit depth : 1600 mm . (Existing Pit Depth is meeting the requirements of NBC , IS Codes and West Bengal Lift Rules. However if any modification is still required as per manufacturers recommendation the same shall be carriried out by Contractor without any extra cost to the Department) . Pit depth and overhead shall be such as to conform to the requirements of bottom clearance and top clearance as specified in IS: 14665.

(l) Head Room : As per existing site. (m) Power supply : 415 volts Three-Phase, 50 Cycles AC. The entire lift equipment shall be suitable for operation at +10% to - 20% of rated supply voltage. (n) Auxiliary supply : 220 volts Single-Phase, 50 Cycles AC. (o) Earth connection : All new Earthing Points and Earth Contunity strips, connections Conductors shall be provided as per NBC, National Electrical Code and Code of Practices for Earhing. The cost of earthing and connected items shall be paid separaty under respective item of work in schedule. (p) Car Enclosure : Stainless Steel (Hairline) mirror finish body of car having minimum thickness of SS Sheet as 1.5 mm incl recessed LED light, false ceiling, as per NBC or other relevant BIS code. NOTES FOR ITEM NO 16.00 TO 28.06 (i) The system (Lift) shall be guaranteed against manitenance and repir including spares for a period of Two years from the certified date of completion of this contract and the cost of these lifts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted against the lifts. The lump sum cost of above lift shall be deemed to include cost of comprehensive maintenance if defect liability period of all the lifts provided by the contractor under this contract for a period of two year from the certified date of completion of the work. Fot this a sum of Rs. 4,00,000.00 (Rupees Four Lakh only) shall be retained from the final bill of this contract till satisfactory completion of said comprehensive maintenance period of lifts as certified by the GE. The amount so retained shall be released by the GE after expiry of satisfactory comprehensive manitenance in defect liability period. (ii) The bidder / tenderer be advised to visit existing lifts, lift well, machine room at site, before quoting his offer and nothing will be paid on this account. Irrespective of of the fact if the bidder has visited the site or not, it shall be assumed that he has visited the site and nothing extra shall be payable on account of any variation in site conditions than those specified in tender. (iii) The quoted rate shall deemed to include the cost of minor civil works, MS Beams, MS rail with fixing arrangement including making good to the disturbed surface to match with the existing. (iv) The lifts shall comprise of all latest safety measures as specified in relevent IS Codes ( IS-14665 of 2015 : Part-I, IS-14665 of 2009 : Part V, IS-4591 of 2012, IS-15785 of 2007) and National Building Code-2016 Section-5 Part-8 as revised from time to time. (v) The wiring of lift shall be with copper conductor, stranded, ISI marked of suitable size. The wiring in the lift well shall be in MS conduit, ISI marked medium grade of suitable size. Suitable sockets / lights shall be provided as directed in the lift shaft.

vi) If anything missed above but is techncally required for efficient working of the lift is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vii) Instruction shall be provided by the manufacturer inside amd outside the car. The instructions shall be written on a metallic sheet with embossed letters matching eith car decor / outside decor all as directed. (viii) A board depicting manual rescue procedure to be provided at location as directed. (ix) The comprehensive manitenance of lift shall be executed through OEMs or their accredited / authorized agencies. (x) The contractor shall MOU with the OEMs or their accredited / authorized agencies for comprehensive maintenance of defect liability period after one month of date of commencement. (xi) The quoted rate is deemed to include the above provision as specified above. (xii) After errection of lift it must be tested from State Govt licence Insoector or their authorised vendors. (xiii) In case of any specific capacity of passenger are not manufactured by the any above OEM, the contractor shall provide nearby higher capacity of passenger by OEM without any extra cost to the department. (xiv) GA drawing shall be submitted by the contractor prior to execution of work for approval of respective GE`s. (xv) In the above description, if anything is left out it is mandatory requirement to comply relevent IS/NBCs directive or anything more provided by the OEM for better performance of the lift, which may be provided to be included in the cost for extra items shall deemed to be included in the unit cost quoted.No extra payment shall be allowed on this ground letter on.

Materials and labour for earthing as in repair complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrdeep below ground level with top edge of the plate notless than 1.5 m below ground level connetced withgalvanised strip of size 25 x 4mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on porcelain insulator or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for wall/ roof etc. as required by 25X4mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.
