Annual Maintenance Contract for CCTV Surveillance System installed at GSO Offices, Hospitals, CISF Units, Guest Houses and Hostels in DAE Townships at Kalpakkam and Anupuram for the Year 2024 to 2025

Carrying out day to day maintenance of CCTV Surveillance system and its related activities such as: a) Daily inspection of Camera healthiness, its clear views position, Checking Recording and playback testing at control room and at standalone stations in GSO offices. b) Periodical Inspection of the devices in the Racks and assisting the departmental personnel for rectification of defects / replacement of the devices. The devices fitted in the Racks are Network Video Adaptor, Network switches, Power DB’s, Data and power line Surge suppressors. No of Racks = 21 Nos in Kalpakkam and 14 in Anupuram. c) Trouble shooting in the camera and other CCTV systems accessories. PCB chipset level servicing. Fault finding and rectification of OFC, power cable routes, etc., d) The above mentioned CCTV Surveillance system are spread over various locations at DAE Township Kalpakkam and Anupuram.

Total operations = 264 days x 1 operations per day = 264 operations Note: 1. Rate shall be quoted for each operation for a net working time of 8 (Eight) hours per day. 2. Tenderer shall note that one operation involves one or more activites of description mentioned above for a net duration of Eight hours. 3. Work shall be carried out as per detailed scope of work. 4. The contractor shall engage one Highly Skilled Technician with a Diploma/ ITI with minimum five year relevant experience for each operation.

Carrying out day to day maintenance of CCTV Surveillance system and its related activities such as: a) Cleaning and functionality checking on 2MP / 5MP Motorized Varifocal Lens – Dome, Bullet and PTZ Cameras on Bi-monthly basis: It includes cleaning of camera lenses and camera enclosures; adjustment of field view settings of the camera. It also includes inspection of cable connectors, continuity check, tightening of Mounting brackets and any other accessories of the cameras. No of cameras 137KTS and 97ATS =234 Nos. b) Periodical Inspection of the devices like work stations & display units and Assisting departmental personnel in configuring IP cameras/Network video Recorders, network switches, configuring IP address of the cameras in Video storage device through video management software for rectification of defects/ replacement of the devices, if any c) Assisting CISF security posted in Control Room for showing playback to the footage request.

d) The above mentioned CCTV Surveillance system are spread over various locations at DAE Township Kalpakkam and Anupuram. Total operations = 264 days x 3 operations per day = 792 operations Note: 1. Rate shall be quoted for each operation for a net working time of 8 (Eight) hours per day. 2. Tenderer shall note that one operation involves one or more activites of description mentioned above for a net duration of Eight hours. 3. Work shall be carried out as per detailed scope of work. 4. The contractor shall engage one Skilled labour with a ITI/ Hsc with minimum two year relevant experience for each operation.

Repairing/ Reconditioning/ Refurbishing the following CCTV Surveillance system Components as and when required as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The quantities are tentative and payment will be paid on actual measurement.

Providing and Laying of 40mm HDPE Pipe. The Outer diameter of the HDPE pipe shall be 40 mm + 0.4 mm with Wall Thickness of 3.5+ 0.2 mm or better; all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Providing and Laying of 6 Core Unarmoured Optical Fiber Cable., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Carrying out OFC Splicing work with OTDR report. Termination of OFC on Joining Kit, Arc fusion splicing of single mode fiber core with SM pigtail, optical power source and OTDR meter for subsequent measurement of connector loss.
