REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF EOT CRANES AT CVRDE AVADI

M&L for comprehensive maintenace of EoT Cranes installed in any position in any location in Technical area of CVRDE by servicing, cleaning, greasing, oiling etc of capacity 2.0 Ton electrical overhead traveller cranes of any make and making /keeping the cranes in serviceable condition by repair/ servicing the unserviceable parts/ items complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Service to be carried as per maintenance schedule specified on PS clause. (ii) Total 04 X Nos cranes were Installed at various bldg at Technical area, each crane shall be serviced once in three month. (iii) Penal recovery shall be made if servicing not carried out within two month once of each crane as per schedule. (iv) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclussive of miscellenious items/ consumables required at site for making the plant serviceable and no extra cost will be paid on account of this. (v) Items / parts required including taking down unserviceable parts will be measured and paid separately under the relevant items of this schedule.

Taking down old unserviceable limit switch of any capacity from EoT crane in any position carefully after disconnection of all electrical connections and Supply and fix lever type limit switch of capacity max 40 Amp 415 Volts, IP 55 floor mounting all as per existing for LT/CT/ Hoist motion suitable for upto 50 ton capacity crane including connection with suitable gauge electrical wire and mounting accessories and testing after completion all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of brake liner set suitable for 100 mm dia drum for LT/CT motion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of brake liner set suitable for 150 mm dia drum for LT/CT motion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of brake liner set suitable for 200 mm dia drum for LT/CT motion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of brake liner set suitable for 250 mm dia drum for LT/CT motion complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PVC insulated PVC shethed multistranded copper conductor un armoured cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty of size 4 core 10.0 sqmm drawn through PVC conduit medium grade of suitable size fixed to wall or layed on ground etc, connected and testing including taking down old unserviceable cable of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PVC insulated PVC shethed multistranded copper conductor un armoured cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty of size 4 core 6.0 sqmm drawn through PVC conduit medium grade of suitable size fixed to wall or layed on ground etc, connected and testing including taking down old unserviceable cable of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PVC insulated PVC shethed multistranded copper conductor un armoured cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty of size 4 core 4.0 sqmm drawn through PVC conduit medium grade of suitable size fixed to wall or layed on ground etc, connected and testing including taking down old unserviceable cable of any size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of 19 core 1.5 sqmm mutlistranded copper conductor PVC Insulated PVC shethed cable 1100 V grade drawn through suitable size PVC conduit medium grade fixed to wall or laid on ground etc and testing complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F power contactor 3 phase operating on 415V, 50Hz, 4Pole of capacity 16 amps and testing complete including taking down old unserviceable contactor of any type all as directed.

S&F power contactor 3 phase operating on 415V, 50Hz, 4Pole of capacity 22 amps and testing complete including taking down old unserviceable contactor of any type all as directed.

S&F in replacement of variable frequency AC drive set 3 phase, rated input supply voltage of 380 V to 480 V (+/-) 10%, output frequency 0 to 500 Hz, vector/scalor contol as per OEM specification suitable for 3 HP motor control, mounting on existing panel with necessary connections and alteration, accessories incl taking taking unserviceable VFD drive any type and model complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacement of chain, gauge 3 mm (dog chain) all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacement of cast iron plummer block suitable bore size 10 to 300 mm on EOT crane of any capacity in any location all as specifed and directed.

M&L for framed work such as steel brackets of requried shape for running cable for EOT crane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down slipring Inductor motor 5.0 HP, 415 V 50Hz from EOT crane, transporting to workshop. Deassemble the motor removing the burnt out windings, cleaning slots with CTC, and rewinding the same with super enameled copper conductor of suitable gauge, insulation, varnishing, removing, replacing the worn out bushes/ bearing, slip rings etc as per site requirment including painting with one coat of primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint after scraping the body surface of motor with emery paper assemble the motor transporting to site, refing on crane, connecting electrical connections testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing electro hydraulic thruster motor 3 phase 440 V 50 Hz , 18/34 Kg torque rating, deassembling the unit and re-lubricating grease and incl refilling transformer oil up to the correct level and refixing in its original position all as directed.

S&F in replacement of busbar support porcelain insulator complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacement of brake coil suitable for AC solenoid brake drum diameter range 100mm to 250mm complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacement of busbar Indication lamp set 3 Nos not less than 4w with sheet steel enclosure, wiring complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacement of crane rubber buffer 100mm diameter mounting on incl square ms plate complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacement of wired factory eletric bell(gong) 100mm size complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for taking down Inductor motor 2.0 HP, 415V 50Hz from EOT crane, transporting to workshop, deassemble the motor removing the burnt out windings, cleaning slots with CTC, and rewinding the same with suitable gauge of super enameled copper conductor, insulation, varnishing, removing, replacing the worn out bushes/ bearing, slip rings etc as per site requirment including painting with one coat of primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint after scraping the body surface of motor with emery paper assemble the motor transporting to site re-fixing on crane, connecting electrical connections testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of pnumatic timer 0 to 60 seconds range with 2NO +2NC contact AC complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacement of galvanised steel wire rope 20mm dia 6/36 strands complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacement of DBR max 10Megaohms , 500V DC complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacement of MS cable trolly loading capacity 150 kg suitable for cross travel of EOT crane complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacement of 12 way pendant box with standard operation push button suitable for EOT crane operation complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F in replacement of thermal overload relay 6-16 A range complete all as specifed and directed.
