GST shall be paid extra as per actual prevailing rates on submission of invoice. 2. The quoted price shall be in percentage for Service Charge in the Form of quotation/ BOQ for the entire period of contract. Before quoting for service charges, vendor has to follow DGR guidelines. 3. In the event an of all the DGR Sponsored ESMs quoting the same rates, the contract under consideration should be allotted to the senior most DGR Sponsored ESM as per DGR sponsorship letter
