Water Bound macadam Grading - 2 Providing, Laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes of water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stage to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, wearing and compacting to required density.

Water Bound macadam Grading - 3 Providing, Laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes of water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stage to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, wearing and compacting to required density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion slow setting on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using machanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 ussing bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 KG/per sqm on prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with machanical broom.

Providing ,laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm Aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG -10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades complete all specified in technical specification clause 508 and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and Laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C seal coat.

Brick lining on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7 cm wide 11 cm deep, laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of brick finished to the required tamplete and in proper alingment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Uprooting Jhoonds including back filling and dressing

Earth work filling in closing cuts and strenghtening of Left bank i/c lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 200 m i/c ramming and dressing the surface etc. completion of work.
