M & L for preparation of old wall surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth or otherwise described and applying one coat of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade in camouflage pattern including filling of depression with exterior grade wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted concrete /plaster surfaces of any description, width of girth and in any position and M&L for applying one coat of ready mixed paint for use on floor complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition brick work built in cement mortar of any description Complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and in any position of brick/concrete surfaces on walls/celing etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc & prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.
