REPAIR MAINT OF EXTERNAL ELECTRIC, HVAC SYSTEM, FIRE FIGHTING, FIRE ALARM AND STP AND PUMPS OF PARACHUTE BLDG AT ADRDE TECHNICAL AREA AND REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF OLD UNSERVICEABLE PIPE LINE INCLUDING REWINDING OF MOTOR, AND OTHER CONNECTED WORK AT ADRD

M&L for taking out old unserviciable burnt winding of centrifugal motor, 2.2 to 7.5 KW capacity, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply after disconnecting all electrical connections and rewinding by using super enamelled copper conductor of existing gauge and size by maintaining existing turn ratio, applying insulation varnish and drying up to specified period to achieve desired insulation value including reassembling of motor after rewinding and testing before reinstalation and including all electrical connection using suitable size of lugs complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lifting out/ taking up carefully submersible Pump Set and motor by deploying skilled labour from bore well after disconnecting electrical and pipe line connections, with the help of chain pully block with tripod including column pipe and submersible cable from 240 feet approx depth, disconnecting pump and motor from coupling and keeping aside for testing / checking submersible pump set and other connected accessories for servicibility complete all as specified and directed. Note :- T&P required shall be provided by the contractor and the rates for the same are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for transporting Submersible/ Centrifugal Pump Set any capacity from Pump House/ E&M store yard at ADRDE/VIGYAN VIHAR/RAKSHA VIGAR to nearest workshop for repairing including carefully loading/ unloading etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling of pump & motor (monoblack or submersible), checking impeller, distance sleeves, bush and other parts for its serviceability complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable burnt winding of centrifugal motor 45 KW capacity, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply after disconnecting all electrical connections and rewinding by using super enamelled copper conductor of existing gauge and size by maintaining existing turn ratio, applying insulation varnish and drying up to specified period to achieve desired insulation value including reassembling of motor after rewinding and testing before reinstalation and including all electrical connection using suitable size of lugs complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for taking out old unserviciable burnt winding of submersble motor 5 HP, 3 phase 415 volts, 2900 RPM, 50 Hz AC supply and rewinding by using copper super enamelled conductor PVC insulated of existing gauge and size by maintaining existing turn ratio and reassembling of submersible motor after rewinding by replacing following burn out parts complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spares required shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ/ Sch 'A'.
