Item No 1 : Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified & directed.

Item No 2 : M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks ( 2nd class, old size) straight or curved on plan exc. 6M mean radius, in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 3 :M&L for brickwork in CM 1:6 with subclass 'B' except bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 4 :Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description, on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key,scrubing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Item No 5 : M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, using water proofing compound, and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately at 'supply only' rates)

Item No 6 : M&L for 12 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on bricks or concrete surfaces, and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 7 : M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 and finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement,as in ceilings, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Item No 8 : Supply only integral water proofing compound, all as specified

Item No 9 : M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, over a coat of chalk whitening prepared to recieve distemper, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Item No 10 : M&L for preparation of old surfaces plastered or unplastered, including brooming down or steel wire brushing; sraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc.; and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (of approved tint and shade), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge

Item No 11 : M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered, Surfaces of wall and applying two coats of dust proof exterior emulsion paint (of approved colour ,tint and shade) , over a coat of wall primer ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Item No 12 : M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered, Surfaces of wall and applying two coats of dust proof exterior emulsion paint (of approved colour ,tint and shade) , over a coat of wall primer ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Item No 13 : M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Item No 14 : M&L for preparing old surfaces of ceilings by brooming down or by steel wire brushing and applying two coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 15 : Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced), in situ, of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 16 : M&L for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 17 : M&L for 38 mm wide glass dividing strips, 3mm thick , inserted in position, conforming to design, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 18 : M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection,sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings etc, including finishing the surfaces even and smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 19 : Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 20 : M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, prepared to receive screed bed, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- Charge.

Item No 21 : M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles, in vertical surfaces of walls etc, of size 300x200mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- Charge.

Item No 22 : M&L for 10mm thick Coloured shade vitrified tiles, square or rectangular, polished area of tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc.,, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- Charge.

Item No 23 : M&L for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement, laid over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 24 : Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 25 : M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick laid over and including 25 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 26 : M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types, over and including 25 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), Complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Item No 27 : S&F 60mm thick M-35 grade machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006, jointing with grey cement & pigment, ( design, pattern & colour as approved by Engr-In-Charge), laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No 28 : Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 29 : S&F, in repairs, Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (size of frame work 605 X 605 mm ) for false ceiling, including GI Hangers 6mm dia (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long, complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 30 :S&F Gypsum Board, 12mm thick, in ceilings, fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 31 : S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 32 :Taking down existing polymeric membrane/bitumen felt including cement mortar plaster from roof surface, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 33 : M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid flat over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, including demolition & taking down of the tiles laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 34 : M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster on brick/ concrete surface in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth surface (with out using extra cement) but mixing water proofing compound at the rate of 2% of cement by weight etc complete all as specified and directed (WPC shall be paid separately).

Item No 35 : M & L applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 36 : S&F APP polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.5 Kg per Sqm , black finish reinforced with non woven polyester matt with a thermo fasable finish laid over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.5Kg/Sqm by torching application with a propane or a butrane gas torch with an overlap of 100mm at the sides and 150mm at the ends and incl applying a coat of cold emulsion bitumenus primer all as per manufacturers instructiions incl preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed. Note The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by manufactorer or their authorised applicators complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 37 :Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 38 : S&F rolled mild steel conforming to Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work, complete all as specified & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 39 : S&F Mild steel, plain black sheet, 1.6mm thick, in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Item No 40 : Hacking out old broken glass ( any thickness, size, quality or description ) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins or spring clips and providing and fixing new clips or pins, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 41 : S&F 4 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 42 : S&F 500 lit capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical, vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed position all specified in SSR Part-I, with and including 20mm dia ball valve, high pressure of PTMT, with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, minimum weight 210gm, screwed for iron pipes and fixed; including disconnecting and dismantling/ taking down of existing old unserviceable water storage tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Item No 43 : S&F 1000 lit capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical, vertical with closed top ) hoisted and fixed position all specified in SSR Part-I, with and including 20mm dia ball valve, high pressure of PTMT, with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, minimum weight 210gm, screwed for iron pipes and fixed; including disconnecting and dismantling/ taking down of existing old unserviceable water storage tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Item No 44 :Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections, for 15mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 45 :Taking up or down steel water tubing and connections, for 20 mm bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 46 : Refixing old steel tubing and connections, 15mm bore of pipe, in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors etc.), including cleaning for refixing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 47 : Refixing old steel tubing and connections, 20 mm bore of pipe, in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors etc.), including cleaning for refixing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 48 : S&F 15 mm nominal bore dia. steel water tubing 'medium grade' galvanised with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc.), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 49 : S&F 20 mm nominal bore dia. steel water tubing 'medium grade' galvanised with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete with all fittings (such as bends, elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plugs, unions etc.), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 50 : S&F, in repairs, vitreous china Wash hand basin, coloured, superior quality, flat back, size 580 X 450 mm, with and including vitreous china matching pedestal and brackets, including cutting for & pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand including brass CP waste coupling, waste pipe etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 51 : S&F pillar taps cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed, for 15 mm bore dia of pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 52 : S&F, in repairs, Bib Tap cast copper alloy with crutch or buterfly handle screwed down screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferruel, for 15mm bore dia of pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 53 : S&F, in repairs, vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern, size 580x440mm white, with integral foot rests including connection to trap & to flushing pipe etc. including making good to floor etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 54 : S&F, in repairs, PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern of 10 litres capacity, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float & handle including brackets, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 55 : S&F Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed, for 15mm bore dia of pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 56 : S&F Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed, for 20 mm bore dia of pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 58 : Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Item No 59 : S&F 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated sheet in roof, walls etc., fixed with 'J' type hooks, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 60 : S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, of any colour (as approved by the Engr-in-Charge), having tensile strength of 550 MPa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 61 : S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, of any colour (as approved by the Engr-in-Charge), having tensile strength of 550 MPa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 62 : Dismantling timber frame scantling 40 Sq.cm and Over in section in any position ,complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 63 :M&L for mild steel work, straight, as in joists, channel, angle or tee sections, flats,or tubes, fixed independently, riveting or welding, with/without connecting plates ,etc (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) using Fe-290 (Gde E-250), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 64 : S&F, in repairs, Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, taples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured),

Item No 65 : Taking down Chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each, with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Item No 66 : Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter not exc 1.5 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frames), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 67 : Taking down old rusted Steel window with shutter not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Item No 68 :Taking down old rusted Steel window with shutter exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Item No 69 :S&F Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 70 : S&F powder coated anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (01 no.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 nos), suitable handle (1 nos), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 71 : S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with steel wire staples, complete all as specified and directed

Item No 72 : M&L for anodised aluminium door frame & shutter (single/double leaf) using sections of thickness not less than 2mm, side hung type, without sash bars, having vertical and top rails not less than 83.5mm wide, bottom rail not less than 150mm wide, and middle rail not less than 115mm wide, including jointing cleats, aluminium snap beading, screws, PVC/rubber gasket/packing, other minor accessories, and also including the following, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Decorative type aluminium handles (D type) - 02 Nos. (b) 150mm long Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section -02 Nos per leaf (c) 100mm long butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised - 03 Nos. per leaf (d) 4.8mm thick tinted glass with all necessary beading/packing. (e) Brass mortice lock 6 lever with 3 keys - 01 No. per door.

Item No 73 : S&F 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated on both sides with decorative choice lamination, fixed to aluminium framework, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 74 : Taking down steel rolling shutters, pull & push type, not exc. 16 sqm area of clear opening each, including taking down hood/top cover etc., and cleaning the shutters, top hood cover, suspension shaft, anchoring rod, guide channels etc., and greasing all the moving parts of rolling shutters and straightening/rolling shaft and refixing the same including hood cover and all component parts, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 75 : Supply & fix Steel rolling shutters (Factory made) without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete push pull or manual type, using 1.25 mm thick lathing, including taking down of unserviceable shutters, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 76 : S&F, in repairs, mild steel lock plate & handles made out of MS flat 35x5mm including welding and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 77 :S&F, in repairs, mild steel helical wire springs as per IS-6248-1979 for shutters not exc. 12 sqm, of approved make, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 78 : Supply and fix, in repairs, aluminium (die cast) body door closer, hydraulically regulated, designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width, complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Item No 79 : S&F 30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 80: M&L Mild steel frame work as in door chowkhats with angle iron welded together ends of angle shouldered and fixed to opening and welding 3 Nos mild steel butt hinges 100 mm size, 01 nos 50 mm size and 6 nos hold fasts made out of FI 25x3 mm 30 cm long for fixing of chowkhats( Butt hinges and hold fast paid seperatly) all as spd.

Item No 81 : M&L MS work as in hold fasts ( FI 25 x 3 mm) all as spd.

Item No 82 : M&L PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. as in bed block of hold fast etc.all as specified

Item No 83 :S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50 x 47 mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet re-inforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per manufacturers instructions drawings and specifications.

Item No 84 :S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail ; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing in SSR, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 93 :M&L for Preparation of new iron and steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 94 : Preparation of new or previously untreated iron & steel surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint, and painting and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 95 : Taking down PVC(SWR) pipes on wall or floor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 96 :S&F 110mm bore PVC Soil, Waste and Rainwater (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length, with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Item No 97: M&L 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame asper specifi-cation and drawing.

Item No 98 : S & F Brass Chromium plated tubular towel rail, 20 mm dia., D Type, 60 cm long between flanges, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
