Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC), any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including door ,gates etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in position not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in loose/ soft soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of old existing brick work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast RCC jali 35mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate set and jointed in CM 1:4 including dismantling of old jali complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing reinforced cement concrete type B1 , 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in precast post for securing RCC jali post straining or terminal post struts etc. for fencing average sectional area not exc 100 sq. cm height up to 100cm , with or without chamfered angles and flat splayed, rounded or mitred tops including taking down old posts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair Granite (of any type) 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types as in platform or as in vertical surface over 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair including moulding ,rounding to edges etc. complete all as specified and directed.
