(Painting shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush marks or surface underneath. If necessary, the surface shall be repainted by one or more coats until the desired result is obtained.)

Taking down carefully (copper/aluminium) point wiring in ceiling and refixing the same in any position including replacing damaged material and lowering/rising the rod of ceiling fan if required complete and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
