OPEN WELL SUBMERSIBLE PUMP: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of open well multi stage submersible type pump of make Kirloskar/KSB/Grundfoss of rating of 600 LPM discharge at 49 meter head, with 3 phase induction continunous rated motor with suitable cable size, class- B insulation, rated voltage 415V=+ 5%, Rated powder 7.5 kW (10 HP), IP:68 (design and drawing to be provided by contractor) with following material of construction and complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the EIC. 1.Pump shaft : Stainless Steel 2.Impeller :Stainless Steel

CONTROL PANEL: Design, Fabrication, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning digital control panel of 14 SWG MS CRCA sheet starter enclosure, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415V, IP65, vertical stand type, powder coated with RAL-7032 shade complete with Star delta starter with HRC backup protection SPP with suitable for pump set of 10 HP with overload protection, phase reversal and phase unbalance, MCB, Volt meter, Ammeter and indication ON/OFF facility. Suitable to run 2 pumps at a time (2 starters) Fabrication of canopy enclosure for mounting of above starter panel Make : L&T / Equivalent Approved makeon each acuator,motor and interlock as required.

STAINLESS STEEL PIPE: Supplying & fixing stainless steel grade 316 schedule 40 pipes of any diameter, railings, embeded parts and spool pieces of required diameter having flanged ends on both sides with flange hole asper IS, following or standard available length, providing 3D x 3D and 4 mm to 6 mm thick stainless steel puddle plate welded to it where Dia the outer diameter of pipe including cutting the plate to required shape and fixing in the reinforcement at the RCC wall/ slab including cutting the form work provided for concrete atrequired level, height etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

UPVC PIPE: Supplying & fixing on Exposed surfaces the following dia. ASTM nontreaded UPVC sovent welded pipes as per ASTM D-1785 and fittings as per ASTM D-2466 and ASTM D-2467 (white or offwhite colour) of specified class, consisting following items of work:- i)Supplying & fixing ASTM non-treaded UPVC sovent welded pipes as per ASTM D-1785 and fittings as per ASTM D-2466 and ASTM D-2467 . ii) Laying and fixing the pipe and specials below the ground or floor to correct line, level and plumb for water supply line. iii) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure as per manufacturers cataglouge for leak proof joint or as per relavant code. iv) Making leak proof threaded / welded joints. including cutting the pipe, cleaning, marking, heating, welding, cooling etc. and the cost of jointing materials. v) Cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition. vii) Providing and fixing UPVC weldable / threaded fittings such as Union, Nipples, Bendes, Elbows, Tees, Reducers, End caps, Couplers, Adaptors, Saddles, Plugs, Tank connectors, Expansion loops, Bypass bends, etc. Schedule 40 Pipes and Fittings of Approved make

UPVC BALL VALVE: Providing and Fixing UPVC (white or offwhite colour) Ball valve with stainless steel / Brass ball of Approved make suitable for pipe pressure class with material and labour, making water proof joints, including cost of jointing material and UPVC specials if required & testing the joints.Including 4" long nipple pipes, etc complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Cabling works: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1.1 KV ,XLPE insulation, extruded PVC inner sheathed, G.I wire armoured, extruded FRLS PVC outer sheathed, 3C x4.0 sq. mm Submersible flat cable ( through HDPE pipe) conforming to IS 7098 Part-I with latest amendments, in Hume pipe,in ground at a depth of 900 mm below ground level including excavation,sand bedding, laying of baked bricks on side & top, reinstatement, back filling, dewatering, consolidation etc. as per enclosed detailed specifications & as per instructions of the E-I-C.

LT cable termination:Providing end termination of following sizes of 1.1 kv grade XLPE insulated armoured cables/3C x4.0 sq. mm Submersible flat cable./instrumentation cables with solder less tinned copper lugs, brass cable gland, insulation tape etc. as per relevant IS specification and as per instruction of Engineer in-charge.

PROVIDING FLANGES JOINTS ; Providing and jointing & fixing heavy quality GI/MS/SS galvanised flanges dia 80 mm for MS/SS pipes conforming to relevant IS, supply including drilling the holes to the flanges, making flanged joints, providing jointing materials like bolts, nuts, rubber insertion or equivalent and testing the joints for a pressure of 10 Kg./sq.cm. with clean & potable water with a minimum testing period of two hours as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

STRUCTURAL STEEL WORKS: Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position structural steel of angle, joists, channel, I Beam, plain / chequered plates for providing frame and cover to all valve chambers, providing ISMC channel support to D.I pipes above Ground level near pump house, miscellaneous works etc., including cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting in position including supplying & fixing embedded parts for fixing supports in concrete, including painting with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc cromate red oxide primer all complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

REMOVING & RELAYING PAVING BLOCK: Removing and re-doing, laying 50mm average thickness rough shahabad stone/paver blocks paving in footpaths over a bed of 150mm thick murrum(incl.supply of murrum & preparation of murrum bed) to proper slope, includding cutting the edges to proper lines & sunk/flush pointing with cement mortar 1:3 with 15X10 mm groove crosswise & longti- tudinally or finishing as per the original & adjacent footpath, curing, cutting of stones whereever required & transporting the stones to site of work from DCSE stores/ removed from site under item No.1 etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

P.C.C.: Plain cement concrete of M20 grade at top of pedestal on terrace of buildings using graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size including necessary formwork, machine mixing, transporting, placing in position, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed all as per specifications & as directed by EIC

BRICKWORK: Brickwork using bricks as specified in foundation & plinth including curing, raking out joints above ground level & simultaneous pointing below ground level etc. complete all as per standard specifications using cement mortar 1:4

PLASTERING: Cement plastering 15mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal/external surfaces and ceiling finished smooth with neat cement punning over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including curing , removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

AERATOR: Supply installation testing and Commissioning of Aerator of make ARDIS Enviro Solutions (model no.
