Shifting of 33 KV Overhead Line from Baghambari Road to Four Pole near Mela Office (Parade Area) of 33 KV Daraganj-I Feeder by Construction of 300 Meter 33 KV underground Line with 2x300 mm2 XLPE Cable in Business Plan 2019-20. This also includes loading, carriage and unloading of materials from dump store to work site.

Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of 11 Mtr. long Rail Pole sectional D/P at working site for cable hoisting including fixing of all necessary clamps, other accessories like Top channel, Pin insulator with pin disk insulator with fitting and its grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement, coarse sand & brick blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ratio 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly for 33 KV line (Grouting, plinthing & required materials like Clamps, Stonepad, nut & bolt, M.S. Channel, M.S. Angle etc. as per requirement will be arranged by the contractor and STP, Earthing Rod with G.I. wire, pin insulator with pin disk insulator with fitting will be provided by the department.)

Drilling in all horizontally at Road crossing, 1050 mm below from the surface in 8'' dia hole by push on method at 2 Nos. Road Crossing for laying of HDPE pipe of 6" dia and laying of 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable in 6'' HDPE pipe. (HDPE pipe size 6'' dia will be arranged by the contractor and only XLPE Cable will be provided by the department) and other required arrangement for cable laying will be provided by the contractor.

Laying of 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable double circuit (2×260 mtr.) in Kachcha by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including required material like first class brick, slab/patty or sand etc. The enter axial spacing between two cable (in case of any other cable is also running in parallel) should be in between 0.25 mtr. to 0.40 mtr. The cable shall laid between two continuous rows of bricks, river sand packing on all side of cable shall be done. After laying down of the cable the stone slab pattiy or shall be laid in such a manner so that cable trench is completely covered from top. (All material required for laying of cable will be arranged by the contractor except 33 KV cable 3×300 mm2).

Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable by providing GI pipe of size 6” dia 3 M long on single pole support including its jumpering, complete with clamps, nut & bolts. (Required Allu. Lugs, G.I. Pipe and Clamps with Nuts & Bolts etc. will be arranged by the contractor).

Fixing of following 33 KV Heat Shrinkable Type Cable Termination kits conforming to VDE-0278/1EEE-48-1975/IS – 13573-1992 and ESI STD. 09-13 all other relevant Standards complete with all accessories for 33 KV, XLPE cable (Jointing kit will be arranged by the contractor for the guarantee period of 1 Year from the date of measurement).

Erection and grouting stay set complete with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio 1:4:8 and fasteniong the stay wire with pole and stay rod nozzling.(Grouting material will be arranged by the contractor).

Fixing of Cable Root Marker at every 50 mtrs. according to site situation (Cable Root Marker will be provided by the Contractor).

Dismantling of following line material at existing site.

Old and used 11 Mtr. Rail Pole.

Rest line material (Pin, X-arm, Top, earthing rod, clamps, Insulaters etc.)

ACSR Dog conductor

Loading, Carriage and unloading of dismantled item from site of work to Store Centre Naini/Power House Store.

Old and used 11 Mtr. Rail Pole.

Other Petty materials (Conductor, X-arm, Channel, Angle, L.T. Cubicle Box and clamps, Insulaters etc.)
