(c) S& F wind driven turbo ventilators fixed each per 100 sqm (min diagonal 14.5 mtrs) of roof plan area of hanger.The turbo ventilators shall be of average capacity of 1500 to 2000 CFM with neck diameter 600-750 mm and 42 nos fins. Top plate and bottom rings shall be made of high grade stainless steel (SS-304) and fins of high grade aluminium H-140 of minimum thickness 0.71mm. The base of hopper shall be constructed with UV stabilsed FRP of minimum thickness 3 mm matching with roof sheet profile The rate shall be deemed to include fixing of FRP base alongwith ventilator and providing special leak proof tape from all sides making it totaly water tight etc. complete all as specified and driected. NOTE: (I) All item mentioned at Sl. No 16.01 & 16.02 are part of lumpsum, irrespective of availibility of such items in any other part of Schedule 'A' (Provisional) (II) Lumpsum cost of Sl. Note: Internal electrification and Internal water supply shall be provided all as shown on drawing and shall be measured and paid vide Sch A Part III & IV respectively)

ROAD & PATH:- M&L for providing lines dashes as in road marking using thermo plastic paint using glass beads complete using mechanical equipment in road/dispersal etc all as specified and directed.

DISPERSAL ( Sl Item No. 16.05 to 16.12):- M&L for 200 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base (GSB) using 63 mm stone aggregate Grade-V (75mm -0.075mm) using natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone material. Surface to be laid, formed rolled using vibratory roller of min 80KN weight and consoildated to required gradient and camber as specified. Rolling to be continued till density achieved is at least 98 % of maximum dry density for the laid surface complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for WMM 150 mm thick ( compacted thickeness ) in layers of 75 mm each, using stone aggregate of grading as specified in table 400-11 of IRC Publication viz.premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mixer plant laying in uniform layers with paver and compacting with vibrater roller to achive the desired density complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 125 mm thick DLC of grading (26.5mm - 75mm) with 7 days compressive strength of 10Kg/Sqcm with minimum cement content of 180Kg/Cum. Design mix, laying spreading and compaction using vibratory roller of minimum 80 Kn weight to required gradient and camber as specified. Rolling to be continued till density achieved is atleast 98 percent of maximum dry density of the laid surface all as specified and directed..

M&L for HDPE film, 400 micron thick laid and secured for laying over PDC all as specified and directed.

M&L 200 mm thick PQC in pavement/hardstanding of flexrual strength of 45 kg/sqcm including formwork in field using non circular synthetic fibre as per manufacturers instruction by weight of cement complete all as specified (The cost of non Circular synthetice fibre shall be measured and paid seperatly rate considered seperately)

M & L for forming 25 mm wide Expansion joint in 200 mm thick concrete pavement and filling with 25 mm thick premoulded high density filler board HD 100 as specified and provn of 30 mm dia polythylene back up rod and top 15 mm primed & filled with polyurethene based sealant (backup material) over two coat of approved primer , before 30 minutes to pouring the sealant all as per manufacturers instruction . The concrete surface of the joints shall be made dry and free of dirt and vaccume cleaned by a mechanical device.The joint performance warranty shall be of 10 years etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming Dummy joints of 8mm wide and polythylene back up rod of 10mm dia and top 15 mm primed & filled with polyurethene based sealant (backup material) over two coat of approved primer , before 30 minutes to pouring the sealantall as per manufacturers instruction . The concrete surface of the joints shall be made dry and free of dirt and vaccume cleaned by a mechanical device.The joint performance warranty shall be of 10 years etc complete all as specified and directed.
