Excavating in post holes size of 600 x 600 x 600mm each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work in Hand rails, half round or other steel section, Angle section sixe of 60x60 x6mm or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron of size 50x5mm fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) plain MS bars etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing the steel gate by using mechanical hydraulic equipment, Area of each door/gate isexc 05 sqm but n.exc 15 sqm to carryout greasing, oiling,repair of damage hinges and pintals, straighting of steel member like angle, Tee, chanle etc , ms sheet, welding if any required, changing of any damge part required for proper functioning of gate including to carry out one coat of synthetic enalmal paint and preparation of steel surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Any part of steel gate/door if required be changed shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item.

S&F 0.63mm Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding,steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down top cover of rolling shutter and refix the same, Area of rolling shutter is exc 05 sqm but n.exc 10 sqm to carryout greasing, oiling, repair of damage laths & hinges, spring,pully , ms shaft, bearing etc,straighting of steel member if requird, welding if any required, changing of any damge part required for proper functioning of rolling shutter including to carry out one coat of synthetic enalmal paint and preparation of steel surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) Any part of rolling shutter if required be changed shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent item.

S&F 16 to 18mm thick Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size exceeding 0.25 sqm area and not exceeding 0.5 sqm fixed with 15mm thick cement ans stone dust mortar, recess pointed(10mmx20mm) and with admixter of white cement and dholpur stone dust (1:1) using adihisive and including one number SS clamps (grade -202) of flat 30mm X 2mm,150mm long made to shape in each slab,making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener,polishing, rubbing &including silicon treatment including dismantling old stone cladding complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over old surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls and roughening surfaces of old plaster by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc to recceive rough plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 as in backing coat for rough plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rough cast plaster with rough mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg, size 6 to 12mm mixed with course sand and cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 shall be applied and finished even on external wall complete all as specified and directed.
