Supplying and fabrication,placing in position of mild steel or ribbed Tor steel grils for RCC works inculding cost of steel and binding wire etc.

Brick work with cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 83/4"x43/8"x23/4" for foundation and basement and superstructure inculding cost and conveyance of all materiales curing etc ,complete.

Weathering course with broken brick jeely for 20 mm size mixed with pure slacked lime (no sand to be used) in proposation of 32:12.5 cft to proper gradient,well beation with wooden beaters etc

Terrace flooring with one coarce of new machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2 cm using Cm 1:3 with water proofing compound 2% weight of cement used and the joints pointed with same morter etc complete.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly clean out of dust and scrubbing. The surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleadt 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (water proof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Anyunevenness shall be made good by applying Ist coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of Ist coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothl, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and directed by the Department officers. (The rates are inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel, coat of sand paper (waterproof abrasive sheet), cost of putty blade ,labour charges for grinding the jointsand sand papering, two coat of putty,scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth,etc.,complete). Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix 12 mm thick inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for curing etc

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Painting two coats with oil bound Distember over one coat of Primier (using White Cement as primer ) in all floors including brushes etc ., complete etc

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic emulsion of first class quality paint and of approved colour over a priming coat ,inculding through scrapping, clean removal of dirt etc. complete
