Digging of pits of size 4 mtr x 4 mtr x 1.5 mtr for cable loop and making risers at double pole and re-filling of pits in proper manner with required material at kacha/pakka and hot mix road. (All Work and material in the scope of contractor)

Laying of 33KV 3x185 Sq.mm XLPE Cable in the air on cable Riser Double Pole, existing trench cable trench, G.I.Pipe and making connection complete at both ends.

Laying, Hosting and commissioning of 33 KV 3x185sqmm XLPE Cable double Ckt. Cable through HDPE Pipe by Manual trenchless method with three sides of bricks and one side of sand as per RESPO complete work in all respect.

The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft soil & hard rock as per site condition and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support. Erection of support, complete with providing & fixing of all G.I.Clamps size of 75x10mm, 65x8mm, G.I.Nut bolt & washer, P.G.Clamp, Stone Pad, Al. Binding wire, 'E' bracket 75x10mm, and other accessories as per RESPO. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as any fabrication work if required & fixing of cross bracing sets 4.3mtr long, from G.I.Angle 65x65x6mm. The work includes cutting holes and providing G.I.Bolt of 16x40mm size, in the middle of the cross bracing with 01No. spring washer of proper size as per drawing/ as per schedule. Double Pole Structures (a) ST - 11/ 13 Mtr Lone Pole, PCC 8.5 Mtr Long Pole and PCC 11 Mtr Pole

Grouting of supports in CC 1:3:6 (Cement, sand & 20mm stone grift). Grouting will be done in the block of size (450x450)mm x1/6th of full length of the support, upto ground level, 300mm plinth above the ground level with C.C. 1:3:6 (Cement, Course sand and Stone grift) with muffing as per RESPO. Work includes back filling and proper ramming. Road Restoration charges shall be inclusive in quoted rates. Single Pole and Double Pole Structures. (a) ST - 11/13 Mtr Lone Pole, PCC 8.5 Mtr Long Pole and PCC 11 Mtr Pole

Lifting, Spreading, Laying, Sagging and final sagging of 3 OR 4 phases ACSR Dog conductor in accordance with Line chart includidng binding and fixing of all accessories in 03Nos OR 04 Nos. Conductor in parallel as per site requirement with complete work as per RESPO.

Fixing of Weasel conductor for Jumpering as per site requirement.

Making, Fixing and Commissioning of 11 KV Power Cable ends: Fixing and Making of 11 KV XLPE Heat shrinkable outdoor jointing kits suitable for 3x185sqmm XLPE Cable after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs with complete connention in all respect.

Making, Fixing and Commissioning of 11 KV Power Cable ends: Fixing and Making of 33 KV XLPE Heat shrinkable straight through box suitable for 3x185sqmm XLPE Cable after duly plumbing and taping of cable, providing, fixing and crimping of proper size good quality lugs with complete connention in all respect.

Construction of New Plinth for Distribution Transformers, The size of plinth shall be 2M long 2m wide and the height of the plinth shall be 1.50 M with 20 cm. thick top slab with 02 no. 125x65mm MS channel 2 M long embedded in it. The repairing work includes excavation of earth, laying of brick ballast pad for foundation brickwork, CC and plastering and proper curing. The ratio of cement/course sand/fine sand/brick ballast/stone grit as per RESPO schedule including unloading and Loading of the transformer with complete work in all respect. (All work and material in the scope of the Contractor)

Construction of New Fencing of Transformer. The fencing shall be frame of size 1.5mt x1.80 mt fabricated out of MS angle iron of size 40x40x5 mm having 2 Nos. legs of 45 Cm. long in each frameduly welded and fixed with wire mesh of size 75mm 25mm, 10 SWG within the frame, pressed under MS flat of size 25x5 mm inside the angle iron on all four sides with the help of approx. 20 Nos. bolts and nuts. of 10 mm dia along with cross bracing of 25x5 mm MS flat on every frame will be grouted in 1:2:4 cement mortar with cement, coarse sand 20 mm gauge stone ballast in the size 0.22x0.22x0.45 Mtrs. Every frame after repairing will be painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of blue synthetic enamel paint of approved make after proper cleaning. The above mentioned frame will be jointed with each other with 70 mm long MS flat of size 25x5mm by first class welding as per site. Fabrication and providing of wire mesh fencing frame for gate of size 1.5x180 Mtrs. Fabricated as items no. 2 and fixing of gate frame at each S/S as per site requirement with grouted frame providing 3 Nos. 100 mm size heavy duty hinges duly welded and having suitable locking arrangment and proper painting.

Water Level Earthing as per RESPO.

Removal of Distribution Transformers installed at D/P and Plinth with removal of D/p, Plinth, Fencing and other all accessories in way of Road/Work Site and Re-Installation of same Distribution Transformers after shifting at D/P, Plinth on the said site with complete connections in all respect. (All work in the scope of Contractor.)

Dismentaling and Removal of Old & Used Conductor, Cable, D/P, Single Pole, Plinth, Fencing, Distribution Box, and other accessories/items from work Site and Safe Carriage of its from work site to any store of PVVNL Discom including loading and unloading both ends.
