Supply and fixing road sign boards (double sided), frame made of stainless steeland high intesity reflective sign boards made of hardened ACP sheet 2mm thick POP riveted to stainless steel rectangular pipe of size 50x25mm, ACP sheet of size 1000mm x 1200mm. Frame supported with bolts over 60mm round 2.40 meter long stainless steel pipes (02 nos.) of 16 gauge with stainless steel bonded clamps. All stainless steel sheet parts shall be polished. Sign boards should be reflective on both sides with wide HIP sheet and overlay film of blue colour with computer cut letters, sign and border, two boards on single frame are fixed back to back to look as one, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Make : 3M or Equivalent of Dark eye or Sinor infrastructure.

Supply and fixing speed breakers (750x75x250mm) made from ABS plastic material and designed so dynamically compact that it can bear maximum load on it. Two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on to the speed breaker so that dust and water can not touch reflectors inside and thus it maintains its reflectivity for a long time. (Model No. DA-1006 of Sinor Infrastructure or equivalent of 3M or Dark Eye), all as specified.

Supply and fixing convex mirror of 800 mm dia made of PC material provided with suitable MS pipe post, duly powered coated as per site requirement. It should have clear & definite mirror image having 130 degree of viewing angle, complete all as specified and directed (Make: Sinor Infrastructure or equivalent of 3M or Dark Eye).

Supply and fixing delineator ABS round body fitted with two nos. 100mm dia highly reflective reflectors made of PMMA and mounted on MS pipe of 50 mm dia duly powder coated, anti rust and anti theft steel net including making good. (Model No. DA-952 GP of Sinor Infrastructure or equivalent of 3M or Dark Eye), all as specified.

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged pole 8.5 mtr long type 410 SP-22 with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, Nuts and Screws as specified type in truly vertical position 1.5mtr length of pole above ground level shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint in strips of 30cm width, black and yellow alternatively including Earth work, errection of Pole, PCC work i.e. Coping, foundation etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Bracket for street light fitting made of 40mm dia light grade GI pipe, 1.2 Mtr length bent to suitable shape for fixing of street light fitting with all necessary accessories Bracket, nuts, bolts, washers, two clamps made out of flat iron of two pieces of size 50mmx05mmx600mm fabricated in shape and drilled holes for nuts and bolts all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sintex box of size 325 x 220 x 150 mm (inside dimension), 3 phase including four bar busbar of 100 Amp rating, cable glands, Busbar base, including DP MCB of 6 Amp, including supply and fixing PVC insulated copper conductor of 1.5 Sqmm size, 3 core flexible cable, from junction box to street light/flood light fitting etc, clamps made out of flat iron of two pices of size 50mmx5mmx600mm fabricated in shape and drilled holes for nuts and bolts all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing automatic timer switch distribution board, double door factory made and assembled in epoxy powder coated sheet steel enclosure of size 900x300x900(LXBXH) with 3:15 mm thick CRCA Sheet, including accessories 32 Amps 3 Pole power contactor- 01 Nos and 230V digital time switch Nos-01 Incomer 4 pole MCCB 40A- 01 Nos lcs=100%lcu, 18 KA Adjustable thermal Magnetic release, Aluminium Busbar 200 Amp not less than of size 700mm x 20mm x 10mm for controlling LED/SV etc street lights, including earth work for fixing Timer switch distribution Board and shall be provided 4 Nos 50x50x6mm thick angle iron supports up to each 0.6 Mt height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 at suitable depth/floor mounting with fasteners, nut bolts etc as per site requirement complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
