Opening the jumpers and cable lugs connected to the transformer and drain out the transformer oil from the transformer in the oil drume.
Opening the top plate of transformer with the help of crane after opening the bolts. replacement of packing sheets of top plate and refixing the top plate.
Opening the 12 No. radiators of the transformer with the help of crane and replacement of inner and outer radiators packing & fixing the radiators and fighting of bolts and nuts.
Replacement of packing sheets, porcelain busing 03 nos. on H.T. side, busing rod 03 nos etc. and retighting the bolts.
Replacement of packing sheets, porcelain busing 03 nos. on L.T. side, busing rod 03 nos etc. and retighting the bolts.
Repairing of tap changer of 10 MVA power transformer and proper connection.
Tightening the all bolts and nuts properly and refilling the transformer oil in the transformer.
