REPAIR TO FLOORING, PLASTERING, JOINERY AND PLUMBING WORKS IN PINTO PARK AREA UNDER AGE B/R-II AT GE (AF) PALAM DELHI CANTT

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premices complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete/terrazzo (unreinforced) of any description in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removing the rubbish/debris out side defence land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete /terrazzo floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free anti skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (squre or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but n.exc. 0.18sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item 4.00 above but as in skirtings laid over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (squre or rectangular) area of each tile n.exc. 0.11sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size (300x200)mm x7mm thick/ (450x300)mm x7mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over & including 15mm thick cement rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size (600 x 300)mm x7mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over & including 10mm thick cement rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for digital glazed vitrified tiles, 10mm thick (squre or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36sqm, in floors etc. with using 5mm spacers and joint filled with epoxy grout, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces, laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item 10.00 above but as in skirtings laid over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
