Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and disposing of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, for rendering 10 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:6, on brick work/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour, for rendering 5 mm thick on brick or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar(1:3) and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as directed. NOTE :- i) Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.(ii) Bldgs where repairs are to be carried out are G+4, necessary formwork / scaffolding charges shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV Resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for, Preparing of old plastered surfaces on Walls and applying one coat of weather proof anti fungal exterior emulsion paint, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The Bldgs in which repairs are to be carried out are of G+4, necessary cost of scaffolding shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Supply and fix in repairs, PVC valve less, syphonic action type, white colour flushing cistern, 10 litres capacity, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including jointing with new PVC long / short flush bend and making good to the disturbed surfaces complete all as per complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, Vitreous china snow white, wash hand basin of size 550 mm x 400 mm including supply and fixing 32 mm dia, PVC corrugated / flexible waste pipe, 800 mm long and with PTMT waste coupling of 32 mm dia (minimum weight 45 grams), all as specified and as directed.
