Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for coloured non skid ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 but not exc 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick screed bed/ bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured joint free tiles 400X350X7mm thick as in skirting/ dados set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm back coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for light shade vitrified ceramic coloured tiles10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished area of each tile not exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.04 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces over 10mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:3.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring, steps 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 20mm screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work in any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix hand rails using with stainless steel pipe of grade 304, 50mm dia pipe for top rail, 20mm dia pipe for middle rail - 2 Nos, 40mm dia pipe for balusters at an interval of 40cm including cleats, brackets etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs stainless steel chromium plated tubular towel rail 20mm dia 'D' type 60cm long between flanges including per pair brackets for each towel rail complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin white flat black, size 550X400mm excluding taps, watse, chain and plug and proccelain stopper but including bracket and cutting for and pinning in ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china squating pan 'Orissa' pattern size 580X440mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc., complete including making good to floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity PVC vaveless, syphonic action type with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 32mm dia bore PVC waste pipe for wash basin complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flush cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and drain (or outgoing pipe) and flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only pastic water closet seat, black closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 15mm bib tap cast copper alloy with crutch or butter fly handle screwed down, screwed or iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 15mm pillar taps, cast copper alloy with capstan head, chromium plated screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed or iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 15mm stop valve cast copper alloy screw down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs brass chromium plated shower rose 125mm size with or without swivel joints, including fixing to steel pipe or union complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 32mm waste fittings, brasss, chromium plated for wash basin with long screwed shanks and fly nut, flange and bedded in red lead cement and others and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nut of length 450mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or concrete etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering into two layers consisting 10mm thick in CM 1:4 followed by 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface including finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:6 including finishing even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for two coat cement of base paint over a coat of chalk whitening primer on new plastered of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening primer on new plastered of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement 75mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down up or down steel tubing of 15mm bore and connection including removal complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down up or down steel tubing of 20mm bore and connection including removal complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for 25mm bore tube medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed to wall and ceiling laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wall /ceiling board any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605x605mm, for false ceiling, including necessary fixing arrangement with ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for gypsum board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screws as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparing new false ceiling of gypsum board surfaces and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
