M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth, floor tiles, brick tiles, stone, slabs or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Kota Stone 18-20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, flooring platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl moulding ,rounding of edgeing and complete all as spd and as directed.

M & L for chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick (colour and glazed approved by EIC) with grey cement and pigments laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for exterior grade, coloured glossy finish ceramic designer endura tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 8-10mm thick (as approved by GE) set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment to match the shade / colour / matrix of tiles as in floor etc complete all as specifed and as directed

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @3Kg of cement per sqm, top layer 15mm cement plaster with GREY CEMENT 1:1/2:2 (1 GREY CEMENT :1/2 coarse sand : 2 Marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size ) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushed and water to expose the marble ston chipppings complete all as specified. The groove shall be 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep in the top layer of washed stone girt plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden batterns, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specificatio and direction of the Engr-in- Charge. Note : Area includes in this items upto 4 stories of building, necessary scaffolding and arrangements are deemed to be included in rates.

Dismantling existing old vintage damaged and rusted / faded road MS sign boards complete all as spd and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr making good in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) frame made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size with suitable arrangement complete all as spd and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix RATRO radium sheet / tape on stainless steel frame (size of board / samples of letter / pictures / writing will be provided by Engineer-in-charge and of best quality as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Stainless Steel sheet will be measured and paid seprately under appropriate items.

S&F 2/3 mm thick Aluminium Composite pannel sheet best quality complete all as spd and as directed.
