SITE CLEARANCE, AREA DEVELOPMENT, EXCAVATION & EARTHWORK

M & L for Moorum/ Red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including watering brought from outside MD Land any lead. Note: (i) Before quoting the tender, the bidders are advised to ascertain the distance outside MD and, at which the Moorum/ Red bajri are to be brought. No extra claim what-so-ever shall be entertained on this account. (ii) This item shall be considered as per the requirement at site.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION, TELEPHONE CONDUITS

S & F 20 W capacity surface/wall mounted LED batten having high efficiency long life LED chips with luminous efficacy of > 100 lumen/W, CCT 4000K to 6500K, independent isolated SMPS based constant current electronic LED driver with THD < 20%, surge voltage protection and other safety tests as per IS: 15885 (Part-2/Sec-13): 2012, polycarbonate diffuser, housed in powder coated white extruded aluminium channel housing and white coloured ABS end caps having input voltage 220- 240 V, input frequency 50- 60 Hz, PF > 0.95, including electrical connection with 3 core flexible Cu conductor PVC insulated cable of appropriate size from ceiling rose to the fixture complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, erect and connection of hot dip galvanised octagonal poles of height 6 mtr with 130 mm bottom & 70mm top made up of 3mm thick HT sheet along with base plate of size 200 x 200 x 12mm thick including 4 nos of M20 x 600 long J type foundation bolts and 1 mtr long hot dip galvanised single arm standard bracket, including MCB of 6 Amps, with connector 4 way to be provided as termination point etc complete all as specified and directed. Make-: Bajaj/ Crompton/ Phillips Note :-1. Two run of cable protection pipe (UPVC) shall be provided in PCC foundation and rate shall be included in the quoted rate. 2. Foundation of pole shall be as per OEM recommendation and shall be paid in separate item.

M&L for LT Cable route indicator made out of cast iron and fixed to and including MS angle Iron of size 40mm X 40mm X 6mm, 60 cm length, painted with aluminium paint and embedded in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 block of size 150 mm X 150mm X 150 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

M & L for cutting of existing GI pipe of size 40mm dia and inserting GI tee/bend including necessary excavation and earth work all required new GI fittings as per site requirement complete with testing, all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

M &L for valve pit of size up to 80 cm x 80 cm x 80 cm (internal dimension), pcc block construction including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed, PCC in foundation for mix (1:4:8) type D2, Pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry, grade C5.0 in cement mortar(1:4), rendering 12mm thick in cement mortar(1:4) internally finished even and fair and plastering flush externally as the work proceeds in the same mortar, Mild steel angle iron 40 x40 x6 mm frame MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick with handle and locking arrangement, painting all exposed MS work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a cost of red oxide primer and painting all the MS embedded in PCC with two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified.

SECURITY WALL AND RETAINING WALL

S&F camouflage painted concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia, 6m to 7m openable length, having 50 nos rounds per 6m length, spring core wire (2.5mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165kg/sq.mm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 g/m and fixing the same with Y-shape angle iron placed 1.50m apart and stud tied with G.I. staple sand G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts, all complete, as specified and directed. Note: Angle iron shall be measured and paid separately

SOIL INVESTIGATION

M& L for boring hole 100mm dia by rotatory drilling for soil investigation in any type of soil/rock/concrete floors and sub bases refusal including boulders, weathered rock upto a depth of 10m as directed by Engr-In-Charge alongwith SPT at every 1.5m, and carrying out SPT and other tests required for designing the foundation. (a) Test report shall include all the tests as required for designing the foundation such as SPT values, bore logs, soil classification and also shall cover the general recommendations for the proposed type of foundation system, safe bearing capacity, likely total settlement, etc.

(b) Soil investigation shall be carried out before starting excavation of foundation of watch tower and test report shall be submitted to ascertain the design critria of column footings. If any changes are required as per the soil investigation data, the work in watch towers shall be commenced after regularisation of these changes. The report shall be submitted in quintuplicate duly bounded in a presentable manner. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of submission of such reports and samples of Soil. (c) Water will not be supplied by the department

(d) The report shall contain following tests, as applicable to the soil on ground:- (i) Bore hole chart, (ii) Profile of all type bore holes, (iii) Bearing capacity calculation indicating SBC of soil with type of foundation and depth, (iv) Consolidated test on undisturbed sample, (v) Chemical analysis of ground water, (vi) Unconsolidated and undrained triaxle shear test, (vii) Crushing strength of hard rock samples recovered, (viii) SBC of ground with type of foundation, (ix) Photographic record during the progress, (x) Existing water table (if met)

(e) Compilation of geotechnical report including filed & laboratory test results, recommendation report for foundation system, graphs, pile load capacity, diameter and depth of pipe required for the above mentioned work and addressing all relevant geotechnical issues etc., complete including vetting of report by any Govt. Engineering College in India or any NABL approved laboratory.

DEMOLITION & DISMANTLING

Removing debris obtained from demolition of buildings and depositing it outside Ministry of Defence Land. INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supply and fix Chromium plated Health faucet with 1 mtr tube & hook complete all as specified and directed. Cat No ALD-CHR-565 of Jaquar or equivalent.

Supply and fix two way CP Bib cock long body with wall flange fitted by 15mm bore crutch or putterfly handle, screwed down and screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule fancy type Make ESSCO Cat No MQT 512A or equivalent complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix CP angle cock 15mm bore fancy type chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

S&F of black polyethylene (PE) septic tank of capacity not less than 1000 litre and wall thickness not less than 5mm, including earthwork and excavation in any type of soil, provision of PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) bed to including packing under, and haunching against the sides of tank after it is laid and tested; including provison of all accessories as required, complete all as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed. MAKE:- Model (item code) EST of Sintex or techno-commercially equivalent model in Kamakshi Enterprises / Re-Leaf.
