Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil or silt (loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead up to 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the side of foundation trenches or in to the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. Disposal of malba from site with cartage up to 8km distance including loading & unloading, T&P etc. required for proper of work as direction by Engineer-In-Charge. (PWD SOR 2017-18, Chepter-3, Item No. 231a )

providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40mm norminal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. (PWD SOR 2025-26, Chepter-5, Item No.03 Spec- 4.1 )

RCC work Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete in Raft foundation, including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - All work up to plinth level in :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (PWD SOR 2025-26, Chepter-5, Item No.9 Spec. no. 5.1).

R.C.C work in Wall (any thickness) including attached plasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillers, columns, pillars, abutments, post and struts etc. including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement All work up to plinth level in 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level (PWD SOR 2025-26, Chepter-5, Item No.9 Spec. no. 5.2)

RCC work Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, Slab including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - Above plinth level upto fifth floor level in :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (PWDSOR 2025-26 Chapter No-05 Item No.10 Spec. No. 5.1).

M.S or Iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary of the work and including the suply of steel and its wastage bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. (As per Analysis of Rate)
