Facility Management of Internal and External Electrical Installations, split AC, window AC , cassette AC, Ductable AC and all type of Water coolers at Integrated Cargo complex , (Import & Export Cargo, CUDCT- I to III) etc, i/c repairs and maintenance, attending to complaints / faults/ breakdown and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the of LT panels at switch rooms,systems repair/replacement of circuit wiring, switches, lamps, chokes, fixtures, DB's (Required replacement of materials shall be issued by AAICLAS at free of cost) i/c providing consumable material like cotton waste, oil, grease, etc. & other sundry material required for cleaning at site etc. as required including ensuring 100% serviceability of installations in cargo movement area, preventive maintenance, maintenance of records / data entries and documentaton including effective supervision etc. as per the detailed specifications, special conditions, terms and conditions covered under the tender clauses on round the clock 3 shifts (8Hr/Shift) basis on all days including Sundays and holidays as per manpower details given in Annexure "M".
