SH - I : JOB CONTRACT FOR OPERATION & MAINTENANCE

Job contract for carrying out Annual Maintenance Contract for complete fire detection & alarm systems installed at Terminal building, ATC building, Cargo Buildings (International & Domestic), E&M workshop, ASR-MSSR, Glide Path, INRES, LLZ, DVOR, SMR, Hanger and complete fire fighting systems installed at Terminal Building & Hanger alongwith all equipments/accessories as per the inventories attached as per Annexure-'A' by engaging manpower for carrying out the preventive maintenance as per Annexure-'B' and attending the breakdown complaints, minor repairing of all the parts & taking rectification action to ensure serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the system, maintenance of records, documents, dismantle materials, complaint register etc as per the attached special conditions of contract on all working days except weekly off & national holidays and upto satisfaction of Engineer-In-charge, etc. as required.

SH - II : REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE WORKS

Supply of fully charged 12 Volt, 7AH Sealed Maintenance Free (SMF) battery suitable for installation on existing conventional/addressable fire alarm control panel.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of GSM based Auto-Dialler System capable for sending recorded voice calls and messages to not less than 5 different numbers and compatable for installation on existing conventional/addressable fire alarm control panel including programming etc complete as required.

Providing laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS Pipe conforming to IS 1239/3589 i/c fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. in ground including welding, excavation & providing cement concrete blocks as supports, anticorrosive treatment with coaltar/asphalt tape as per IS 10221, refilling the trench etc. of following sizes complete as required.

Providing and fixing weather proof lockable cabinet of size not less than 900mm x 600mm x 450mm made out of 2mm thick MS sheet and powder coated with P.O red shade, suitable for housing hydrant pipe with landing valve, hose reel etc having central opening and 6 mm thick glazed glass doors (Two nos.) suitably marked on the outside with the letters "FIRE" including necessary locking arrangement, mounting legs/concrete pedestal, accessories like foundation bolts/fasteners etc complete as required as per specifications.

Painting the existing Fire Hose cabinets of Internal/External hydrants of different sizes with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of post office red colour or shade as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including thorough cleaning the surface with wire brush and applying one coat of red oxide before applying enamel paint etc complete as required.

Painting the existing MS Pipe of 80/100/150 mm dia i/c fittings like elbows, tees, flanges etc. on surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of post office red colour or shade as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including thorough cleaning the surface with wire brush and applying one coat of red oxide (wherever required) before applying enamel paint etc complete as required.

SH - III : DSR ITEMS

Execution of item of schedule of rates DSR (E&M) - 2018 (FIRE DETECTION AND ALARM SYSTEM) / DSR(WET RISER AND SPRINKLER SYSTEM) - 2019 as and when required for attending breakdown repair & Maintenance and upkeep of Fire alarm & Fire fighting system as per direction of E-I-C at different locations of LGBI Airport as per the special terms and conditions in only for the job corresponding to Rs. 5,00,000/- and percentage (%) above/below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly after deducting GST component (MF= 1.1405) from DSR rates.
