Supply and installation of Rust resistant non corossive 10 mm dia Copper Bonded Steel round conductor used for Earth termination on the parapet wall of roof as per the detailed specification and drawing.The item is also inclusive of supply and installation of Stainless steel 304 Grade Conductor Holder (for every 600mm distance)for fixing the 10 mm dia round conductor on the wall to meets the requirement of IS 62305.Stainless steel Cross Connector for 10 mm Copper bonded conductor at cross junction,stainless steel straight connector at wherever required as per the detailed specification and drawing.(Refer Section V, Clause No: 12)

Supply and installation of Stainless steel 304 Grade Conductor Holder for fixing the 8mm dia copper bonded steel round conductor on the parapet wall of roof and side wall of building (8mm dia conductor already exist in the site) to meets the requirement of IS 62305.(Refer Section V, Clause No: 14)

Supply and installation of SS 304 roof conductor holder for flat roof with concrete block for fixing 8 mm dia copper bonded steel Solid Round Conductor(8mm dia conductor already exist in the site) in the terrace flat surface at every 1 mtr. (Refer Section V, Clause No: 15)

Supply and installation of 2 mtr (Vertical Air Terminal)VAT with Wall clamp support – Required the vat material in Copper ,Copper bonded and Stainless steel & the support required in Stainless steel . Ø16x2000 mm CuB 250 VAT (Ø17x1.5 mtr. solid rod Base + Ø10x 0.5 mtr solid rod top) + Wall Clamp 16 (2 Nos.) + CPES 8 (1 No.) (Refer Section V, Clause No: 16)

Supply and installation of Rust resistant non corossive 10 mm dia Copper Bonded Steel round conductor used for down conductor on the side wall of building(From Air termination to ground level through Test joint on the side wall)as per the detailed specification ,Supply and installation of Stainless steel 304 Grade Conductor Holder (for every 600mm distance) for fixing the 10 mm dia round conductor on the wall to meets the requirement of IS 62305.The item is also inclusive of supply and installation of stainless steel Straight Connector at wherever required of integrated down conductor.(Refer Section V, Clause No: 17)

Supply and installation of Rust resistant non corossive 10 mm dia Copper Bonded Steel round conductor used for Earth termination inside the metal conduit running under soil or concrete and it will be terminated at earthpit as per the detailed specification .The item is also inclusive of supply and installation of stainless steel Straight Connector and Corrosion Bitumen tape (At conductor joint portion only)for inside soil or concrete at wherever required of integrated down conductor and connecting point made of stainless steel for terminating 10mm copper conductor with the earth pit.(Refer Section V, Clause No: 18)

Supply and installation of Stainless Steel Test Joint (1.5m Height from ground) with enclosure to interconnect 10 mm copper bonded round conductor down conductor and earthing system.(Refer Section V, Clause No: 19)

Supply installation and testing of Maintenance free earthing system, 12mm dia. Copper Solid Rod earth electrode, 22 kg Ground Enhancing Material (GEM) ) as per IS: 3043 including RCC Chamber and RCC cover as per Drawing Nos. IGC/ESD/5060/1003/1 & IGC/ESD/5060/1008/1 are enclosed. (supply of Copper rod shall be Refer Sec VI, Clause No.12.3 and Installation of rod shall be as per clause No.12.12.3).

Maintenance of Earth Pits and measurement of Earth Pit Resistance as per the specification. (Refer Sec VI (MNC), Clause No.2).

Supply and replacing following earth pit chamber parts after removing and disposing off old/damaged part as per Section VI, drawing No. IGC/ESD/5060/1008/1.

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system or (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia M.S. tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (Refer Section V, Clause No: 20)

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge for the following.Above 50mm and upto 75mm average thickness. (Refer Section V, Clause No: 21)

Removal and transportation of 95 sq.mm stranded copper conductor from the parapet wall and side wall. The conductor shall be transported to a place with in 5 km as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Refer Section V, Clause No: 22)

Removal and transportation of old rusted clamps fixed to the lightning conductor on the parapet wall and side wall. The removed clamp shall be transported to a place with in 5 km as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Refer Section V, Clause No: 23)

Supply and installation of following sizes of Heavy Duty, Hot Dip Galvanised GI pipes with required accessories on Floor, column, beams etc including chasing and replastering as per the detailed specification.(Refer Sec VI, Clause No.28).

Clearing light jungle area, bulb weeds, grass including removal all unwanted plants, branches, twigs, wild growth etc.complete, and disposing the same 100 meters away manually or burning them without disturbing other areas etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Contractor must inform the Engineer-in-charge and prior permission shall be obtained from him for burning the wild growth. (Refer Sec VI (MNC), Clause No.7.3).
