Taking down carefully old unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) including unserviceable fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, socket, light fittings etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for providing Point wiring with 1.5 sq. mm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable (maintaining colour code), 1100 volts grade in and including PVC casing caping of adequate size but not less than 20mm in width, 1.2mm thick with all fittings and accessories including mild steel sunk with terminal box of adequate size of thickness not less than 1.6mm thick with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for mounting switches, sockets, regulators, light fittings etc. complete with all fittings and accessories fixed to wall/ ceiling including one run 1.5Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated flame retardant unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable green in colour for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified & directed for the followings:-

(a)One light point or one fan point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch.

(b)One 3/5 pin socket outlet, 5/6 Amps on independent board.

(c)One 3/5 pin socket outlet, 5/6 Amps on the same board with other switches.

(d)One light point controlled by two nos 2way switches on independent board.

(e)One call bell/buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or on independent board.

Materials and Labour for providing Point wiring with 4 sq. mm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable (maintaining colour code), 1100 volts grade in and including PVC casing caping of adequate size but not less than 20mm in width, 1.2mm thick with all fittings and accessories including mild steel sunk with rectangular terminal boxes of thickness not less than 1.6mm with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for mounting switches, sockets, regulators, light fittings etc. complete with all fittings and accessories fixed to wall/ ceiling including one run 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated flame retardant unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable green in colour for earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly for one 3 pin 15 amp socket outlet complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for Sub main wiring with 6 Sqmm (Nominal area) with four runs (Red for phase and Black for neutral) of single core, PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cables 1100 Volt grade drawn into and including PVC Casing Caping of adequate size but not less than 20mm in width, 1.2mm thick with all fittings and accessories fixed to wall/ceiling etc including two run 4Sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor green in colour as earth wire and duly connected to earth point including taking down old sub main wiring all as specified and directed (Note :- PVC casing caping with four runs main cables and two runs of earth wire will be measured as one length.

Materials and Labour for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed ) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Laying brick cable cover with sub class‘B’ old size, over burnt bricks, laid dry and flat across the axis of cable, abutting each other with gaps between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches with clean dry (course) sand including filling, spreading and punning to desired thickness for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.( Punned thickness will be measured).

Supply and fixing in repair 40 mm bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ with all fittings for protection of cable laid in trenches, road crossing, drain crossing, under floor or fixed to iron structures/poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, errecting, and fixing steel tubular swaged pole 9.00 m long Type -410 SP-31 conforming to IS-2713 part I to III 1980 with and including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, nuts, bolts and washers etc. and fixed into plain cement concrete foundation duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces and making strip 150mm wide upto 1.50m( above PCC coping) by black , yellow paint in alternate layers and writing pole nos etc complete all as specified and directed. Materials and Labour for switches air break, gang operated, triple pole,11000 Volts grade and current rating upto 200 Amps, mechanically operated, having 3 Nos 11KV post insulator per phase, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level and the complete equipment shall be confirming to IS 9921 (Part I to V) with complete set of drop out expulsion fuse assembly single pole (two post insulators per pole) including necessary connection providing ACSR conductor of suitable size including dismantling the old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting HT/LT side cable connections and removing 200 KVA transformer from mounting platform, draining out transformer oil for repair/maintenance of transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/Maintenance of transformer 200 KVA by cleaning of core and winding by means of washing down and cleaning with dry oil, remove dust/sludge on core and coil, cleaning of oil tank to remove sludge deposits, replacement of old rusted gasket set, burnt out spindle, broken/unserviceable HT and LT ceramic bushing, broken arc horn surge arrester including painting outside surface of transformer complete all as required and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : (a) Cost of oil for cleaning shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. (b) New Spares required at site against the replacement of old unserviceable one shall be measured and paid separately as ‘Supply only’ under relevant items here-in-after.)

Supply only breather assembly of approved make filled with silica gel suitable for transformer of 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gasket set for top lid cover of LT and HT terminal bushing suitable for transformer of 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only brass spindle for terminal on HT side,threaded type with nuts and washers etc of suitable dia for 200 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only brass spindle for terminal on LT side,threaded type with nuts and washers etc of suitable dia for 200 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only ceramic bushing on HT side suitable for 200 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 40-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in transformer or for topping up as required and directed. (Make : Gulf/Savita/Trans Power Oil as approved)

Dehydration and filtration of transformer oil by means of centrifugal filtration plant to achieve desired dielectric strength of 35 to 40 KV at 2.5mm gap in existing position of transformer of any capacity and topping up transformer oil at various Sub-Stations all as required and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Deficient quantity of transformer oil required for topping up will be paid under item here in before).

Disconnecting all electrical connection of Automatic Power Factor Correcting panel (APFC panel ), of 25 / 50 kVAr capacity by taking out the enclosure including all components ,checking of power factor correction capacitors, APFC relay, capacitor duty contactors complete and refixing the same after duly repaied and replacement of unserviceable components/parts and testing of power factor after reparing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.(Note:- New Spare/Parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items as “Supply only”)

Materials and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m deep below normal ground level, connected with GI earth strip of size 25x4mm as earth lead up to test point by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts protected by and including GI pipe 40mm bore (light grade) and connected to main test point as directed and including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab 30cm x 30cm x 10 cm, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C both ways with one handle for lifting, made out of 8mm dia TMT bar embedded in pre cast cover slab, funnel, wire mesh, 15mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown on Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, complete all as specified including taking down old one and as directed. Note : Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions;-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 M.[ii]. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 30x30 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing strip from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 40 mm bore light grade 7.5m.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.50 meter in depth for foundation of electric pole, stay assembly, under ground cables etc and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
