Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of factory assembled Diesel Engine with driven generating set coupled with alternator AC to give continuous output of 58.5 KVA at a power factor of 0.8 lagging, 415 volts, AC, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ, 1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine, water cooled, mounted on common base frame complete with in built fuel tank (service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line, built in electronic governor & accessories, PCC foundation work as per manufacturer's instructions, vibration damper pads, control panel showing all parameters of engine & alternator, sound proof canopy & other accessories etc. and confirming to the under-mentioned technical specifications confirming to BS:5514 & IS 10000 and latest CPCB norms complete in all respect with following accessories, parts all as specified & directed. Supply & fixing of sintex SMC panel tank capacity 50000Ltr square type, made out of HOT PRESS MOULDED SHEET MOULDING COMPOUND panels of size 1005mm x 1005mm x 75mm (flange), 1005mm x 2010mm x 75mm (flange) and 1005mm x 502mm x (flange) the flange should be perpendicular to the main surface. The shape should be Trunked type for extra strength and 90 degree flanges pre drilled for bolting. All the Flanges of the 1 mt Panel should have 13 Nos. holes per side for fastening/joining the panels to one another. Hot Pressed Moulded SMC Pre Drilled Corner Pieces with built-in ribs of the size 75mm x 75mm should be provided for 90 degree joints of tanks wall to roof joints complete with olive green nuts, bolts and washers. Special sealent having excellent UV Resistance as well as suitable for portable water, complete with top covered construction having man hole with cover dia 600mm and internal FRP Ladder. The SMC Panel must be ISI marked meeteing BIS 14399(part 1 & 2). Tank inlet and outlet size 80mm dia for connection of GI pipe all as specified and directed.(Make - Sintex or equivalent make as approved by GE) including cross arms works panel hight from grond level to 20 feet all as directed at site. Note-: Structural work like cross arms, bracings etc shall be measured and paid separetlly .

Cleaning of site by way of bush cutting for operating the Suitable truck Mounted DTH drilling rigs along with accessories etc to the site of work & erecting of rig including leveling for required area for starting the job work all as specified & directed

Supply, lowering and fixing ERW pipe internal dia 200mm and 7.1 mm thick including specials fittings as per requirement of ODEX attachment comforming to IS 4270:2001 complete all as specified and as directed.

Development of bore hole with compressor of adequate capacity and testing of yield with pumping out till clear free water is obtained from the bore by 'V' notch as per IS-2800-1979 complete all as directed. (Note : (i) The cost of yield test and testing of water sample from Govt approved Lab/Regional Research Lab to confirm potability of water as per IS 10500-1991 shall deemed to be included in the unit rate . (ii) All equipment shall be arranged by the contractor at their own cost and nothing extra is admissible on this account. (iii) The cost of gravel initially poured in packing around the tube and amount of gravel added during development if any shall be included in the quoted of this item..

Well cap fabricated out of 8 mm MS sheet including threading ,cutting ,welding all as required and provinding handle at the top of the cap complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lowering stainless steel 'V' wire screen 200mm dia 'K' type packet (wall thickness should not be less than 8mm) with opening 0.50mm, inside the tube well assembly in the manner with top of the assembly complete all as specified & directed

Supply and Fixing suitable casing drive shoe sutable for 200 mm dia and bit tube as per requirement of depth or ODEX attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing pipe GI tubing heavy grade 80 mm bore duly welded flanged (thickness of flange 12mm having 04 holes) with and including rubber packing of 6mm thick, nuts, bolts, washers complete in 3 mtr length as column pipe in bore well complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Insttalation and testing of centrifugal, Pump set heavy duty with fully automatic star delta starter electric driven,415 volt 3 phase 50 Hz. capacity 11 WHP discharge capacity of pump set should be 375 LPM at 128 Mtr head. complete required with all necessary fitting and copper cable single core 70 sqmm for connection from LT panel to Starter as per suitable length in three phase supply and PCC foundation with chasis complete with nut bolt and channal all as directed at side (01+01 nos stand by)

Supply and fixing of CI Foot valve unit, suitable for 80 mm bore conforming to IS-4038 including nuts ,bolts and washers etc fixing the same to the suction pipe of the pump set availble in the sump at a depth up to10 feet below the ground level. complete all as specified and directed.
