Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor with copper winding, Class of insulation: B, 3 nos. metal (Aluminium alloy) blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, Steel/Al body Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value (CM/M/W) minimum as below, 350 RPM (tolerance as per IS : 374 -2019), THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) less than 10%, Suitable for operation with electronic regulator unit for speed control and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, Ceiling Fan Complaint to IS 374:2019 fan i/c external connections with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS/HFFR, PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc. as required to replace Old defective Conventional Ceiling Fan with Buy-Back Process.

Supplying and fixing extra conduit down rod of 15 mm dia., 20 cm length G.I. Pipe, heavy gauge including painting etc. as required.(Note : More than 5 cm length shall be rounded to the nearest 10 cm and 5 cm or less shall be ignored)

Checking of Ceiling Fan and its fixing arrangement such as Nut & Boit, Split Pin, Rubberbush,Capacitor, Clamp etc. by lowering the Ceiling fan and refixing the same after replacing the defective materials for ensuring safety including necessary disconnection and connection. The Job also includes Properly Cleaning of fan body and blades.(Defective materials will be supplied by the Section).

Providing and fixing M.S. fan clamp of 16 mm dia M.S. bar, bent to shape with hooked ends in R.C.C. slabs during laying or Existing beams , including painting the exposed portion of loop, all as per standard design complete.

Numbering of Ceiling Fan/Exhaust Fan/Light Fittings as required by Paint such as Serial Number, Department along with supplier name & installation date.

New Installation/ Replacement of Ceiling Fan/Exhaust fan/Wall Fan/Pre- wired, fluorescent fitting/All types of LED fittings/All types of MCB & MCCB DB with accessories and other all types of electrical maintenance related works with Cleaning ,Checking & fixing of Nut-Bolt, Safety pin, Insulator, capacitor etc. related to Ceiling/Exhaust fan as per complaints given by Departments by engagement of 01 Team manpower (one Skillrd and one Semiskilled Electrician) at any shft duty of 08 Hrs. span to complete the job as required. (LED fittings,Fan,Other materials will be supplied by the Section).

Wiring for light point / fan point /call bell point / exhaust fan point with 1.5 sq mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable size GI box/PVC box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required .

Installation , testing and commissioning of pre- wired, fluorescent fitting /compact fluorescent fitting/LED fittings of all types complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. including supplying and fixing ball and socket arrangement, 2 nos. down rods of 20 mm dia X1.6 mm thick steel conduit upto 30 cm length, painting and wiring the down rods and connection with 3 X1.5 sq mm FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and earthing etc as required.

Supplying and fixing extra conduit down rod of 15 mm dia., 10 cm length G.I. Pipe, heavy gauge including painting etc. as required.(Note : More than 5 cm length shall be rounded to the nearest 10 cm and 5 cm or less shall be ignored)

Installation, Testing, commissioning of Wall bracket / Ceiling fittings of all sizes and shapes containing upto two GLS/CFL/LED lamps per fittings, complete with all accessories including connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, Single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V with IP-42/43 protection, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).
