REPAIR RESURFACING OF ROAD AND CONNECTED ITEMS UNDER THE AREA OF AGE BR I AND AGE BR II OF GE DANAPUR

M&L for repair to pot holes any depth , not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water , scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal , watering and well ramming ( including supply of road metal) complete all as specified.

M&L 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Water Bound Maccadam (WBM) in Two equal layers of 75mm each with sand stone coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size), spread , rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using sand stone aggregate all as specified.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam top surfces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified.

M&L applying evenly a tack coat with VG-10 grade bitumen at 10Kg/10 Sqm all as specified.

Preparing Black top surfces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified.

M&L applying evenly a tack coat with VG-10 grade bitumen at 5Kg/10 Sqm on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen of grade VG-30 by mechnical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen of grade VG-30 by mechnical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants

M&L for laying hot applied thermoplastic compound (paint) 2.5 mm thick including reflecterising materials glass beads including cost of all materials labour machineries and T&P etc required for proper completion of work including all other charges. The finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per specification No 803 as per IRC painting lines, dashes, arrows and letters etc on roads, pavements and the like not exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow all as specified and directed.

M&L Premix bituminous, macadam, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 as binder @ 4% by weight of total mix using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants
