Excavation in earth work in hilly area in all heights and depths in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock all work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side,water pollution, etcetra and to protect stability of hill side track shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). all earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried,out true tolines,grades,side slopes, width, camber super-elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge,in conformit with the requirement of MORD technical specification 2014 (two thousand fourteen) for Rural Road. clause 300, 1603 (three hundred, one thousand six hundred three) of General conditions for contract to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal & dumping to be arranged by the contractor of unsuitable cut materials at his own lavel and no excavated material be throun/dumped along road side or in nallah as per the guideline of NGT in specified manner,trimming,filling of unevenness,blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer -in -Charge for smooth riding. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall compensated by him in all cases. The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil , ordinary rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/ wedging out of rocks ( where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and technical specification MORD 2014 Clause 305 and as per direction of the Engineer-In -Charge including setting out construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm ( one hundred fifty milimeter) compacted thickness including shuttering and shuttering and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or other taxes but excluding GST imposed by Government.

Stone solling properly hand-packed filling interstics with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP PWD soecification 100 mm(Hundred milimetre) spread thickness 9finished work including materials and labour)including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement :three Sand :six graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre nominal size) on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths including cost of form work for plain concrete in drain and channel etc. open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803, 1202 &1203 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive octroi , royality , Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and fixing 20 mm nominal size(twenty millimetre) up to floor five level precast cement concrete string or lacing cousrses copings bed plates anchor blocks plain window sills shelves louvers steps stair cases etc including hosting and setting in position with cement morter 1:3(one cement three coarse sand) cost of required centering complete 1:1:5:3 ( one cement one point five coarse sand three graded stone aggregate including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of inter locking concrete paver block vibro compacted upto M-30 (M-Thirty ) grade having thickness 60mm(Sixty millimeter) including border or kerb block over sub base of sand as per drawing and technical specification Clause-1504 approved any make confirming to the Nitco, Modern, Gico, NTC/ BIS specification for interlocking paver blocks including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals .The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality malkana ,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government
