Fabrication of structural steel like angle etc. (603 Kg x 11 set) Angle to be supplied by department.

Laying & fixing of 6" dia MS/GI Pipe on pontoon for its jointing & pump set base making (47 mtrs x 11 set) Pipe to be supplied by department.

Supply of MS nut & Bolt 5/8" x 2" , 5/8" x 2.5" , 5/8" x 3" , (13 Kg x 11 set)

Supply of BOLT;HEX,MS,4.6, FULL,M20,100MM, W/NUT

Supply of BOLT;HEX,MS,4.6, FULL,M16,100MM, W/NUT

Installaton of pump & motor on pontoons with suction and dilevery pipe(MS Pipe) Note: The rate shall be quoted exclusive of CMPF and CMPS.

Fixing of 10"/12" non- returned valve

Fixing of 10"/12" sluice valve

Fixing of 10"/12" foot valve

Supply of MS nut & Bolt 3/4" x 4" , 3/4"x6" (25 Kg x 11 set)

Supply of HT nut & bolt for base size M20X120mm Grade 9.8

Supply and fixing of bypass system in NRV- valve brass size-25mm

PART-B

Fabrication of suction bend of 12" dia. (6 nos.) & 10" dia. (30 nos.) Delivery with bend of MS Pipe (08 nos. of 18.2 mtrs. Length including C or S bend as per requirement), including cutting of MS Pipe upto required Length, making bend as and when required and welding of the same with flange (8 nos. delivery with Cor S bends+ 30bends of 10" pipe,1.1 mtrs. Length)

Fabrication of stairs for approach to pontoon of required length and size including making of railings of stairs and footsteps from steel material provided by deptt. ( 75 mtrs. To be fabricated)

Supply of paints & painting of stairs (75 mtrs. new) with rubberized paint (1 coat red oxide+2 coats rubberized paint)

Fabrication of Rotating universal Joint for 250 mm delivery pipeline.scope of work: welding,cutting,machining, and keyway cutting of MS plates and MS pipe (material to be provided by deparment)

Making of Flange of different size by cutting of 16/12 mm MS plate and making of hole throughout the circumference of flange and finishing of the same.(80 nos. of flanges required to be made) (12/16 mm plate to be provided by the department).( 65 nos. of 10" flange+ 15 nos. of 12" Flange)

PART-C Making of New Drum Pontoon ( consisting of 20 Drum)-3 nos Making of New Drum Pontoon ( consisting of 10 Drum)-18 nos

Fabrication and Errection of Mild steel (such as Angle, channel, plate and Flat etc)of drum pontoon (Steel material are Provided departmentally and other tools and tackles are provided by contractor) (Scope of work:-Fabrication and Errection of mild steel Frame as per drawing for fitting of empty drum and than fitting finish empty drum accordingly)

Supply and Painting of rubberized Black paint(One coat red oxide and two coat rubberized paint)-Mild steel part only (Scope of work:-First clean the frame for painting than one coat red oxide. When red oxide dry than one coat rubberized paint than other coat accordingly)

Supply and Painting of Enamle Paint Grren/Steel gray(One coat red oxide and two coat Enamle Paint )-Dum part only (Scope of work:-First clean the dum for painting than one coat red oxide. When red oxide dry than one coat Enamle Paint than other coat accordingly)
