RMO specialized Electrical and Mechanical services of Delhi High Court, Delhi. (SH Operation, Routine Maintenance of Various Fire Alarm and CCTV system installations at Main Court Building at Delhi High Court New Delhi.)

A) Conventional / Intelligent Addressable Fire Alarm System Running maintenance & operation and general upkeep & cleaning of intelligent addressable/conventional fire alarm system and P.A. system & allied accessories consisting of control panels, control relay module, various type of detectors, response indicator, manual call point, hooter cum speakers, talk back system, related electrical wiring work including minor repair works and maintaining log book for above installation & periodical checking of installation, as and when required by deploying Fire Alarm Operator in various shifts and Khallasi in general shift on all days of the month including Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required at following location in Delhi High Court Building complex, New Delhi. (Annexure 'A' -1 attached). a) Conventional fire alarm system installed in A&B-Block b) Intelligent addressable fire alarm system installed in C-Block c) Intelligent addressable fire alarm system installed in 12 Court Extension Block d) Intelligent addressable fire alarm system installed in Administrative Block e) Intelligent addressable fire alarm system installed in Lawyers Chamber block-I f) Intelligent addressable fire alarm system installed in Lawyers Chamber block-II g) Intelligent addressable fire alarm system installed in Lawyers Chamber block-III h) Conventional Fire alarm system installed in Medical Block

B) CCTV Surveillance system Providing services for routine maintenance and operation of IP based CCTV Surveillance system consisting of following allied equipments installed in various locations with Control room at 4th floor,LCB-3 and 6th floor LCB-3 at Delhi High Court building complex by deploying CCTV system operator in three shifts and Khallasi in general shifts on all days of the month including Sunday & Holiday for smooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of above system & providing immediate assistance during breakdown situation including periodical servicing and repairing, as & when required & periodical testing of the system and preserving the CCTV footage as desired/directed by competent authority including controlling & monitoring of NVR's at control room. The CCTV system operator should be adequately trained and experience for providing above mentioned services as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. as required.
