Construction of Embankment with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 & Sr. No. 3.4 (Cartage Earth) (Including labour cess but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

GSB Grade-1- Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (Table 400.1) (A)By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 & Sr.No. 4.1(A)(i) For Grading I Material. (Including labour cess but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

CTSB- Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub grade, added OPC Cement @ 2% by weight to the spread material, maunually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub base. (Including labour cess but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

CTB- Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub Base, added OPC cement @ 4% by weight to the spread Material, manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base.(Including labour cess but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Tack Coat- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG- 10 grade using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per T.S.C. 503 & MORD SR N0-5.2(IV). (Including labour cess & Bitumen but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Premix Carpet- Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm aggregates (Dala quarry) either using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base by manual means including mixing in a sutabule mixol laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. as per T.S.C. 508. & MORD SR N0-5.9 (Including labour cess & Bitumen but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Seal Coat type C- Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG- 10 grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per T.S.C. 510 & MORD SR N0-5.12 (Including labour cess & Bitumen but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 & Sr. No. 3.14 (Cartage Earth) (Including labour cess & Bitumen but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m. & lead upto 30 m. Including filling, watering & ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building & the sides of foundation trenches or in to the plinth removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the engineer in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. (Excluding Royalty). as per S.I. No 251 (Including labour cess but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Concrete with 4cm(1½"). Gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulous and cement in proportion of 8:4:1 in foundation and under floor, including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per S.I.No. 275 (Including labour cess but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Brick masonry work in Cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification clause 1202 and 1203 II. Brick masonery in 1:4 cement mortar S.No. 11.5 (ii) & Specification 600 & 1200 (Including labour cess but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Supply of 600 mm dia Hume pipe NP-3 type. As per SOR R.C.C. Spun Pipes Sr. No. 7. (Including labour cess but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Laying and fixing of RCC Hume Pipe NP-3 class length 2.50 mtr (labour only) 600 mm dia. as per SOR No. 5(a) iii (Including labour cess but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Supply and laying of Compacted 40mm gauge brick ballast arround and below hume pipe. As per SOR Material No. 2 (c) (Including labour cess but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Struck pointing with cement mortar consisting of one part cement and 2 parts of fine sand of 1.25 F.M. on brick work including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 574 (Including labour cess but GST will be paid extra as applicable)

Maintenance of constructed road for next five year after completion of work shall be paid. as per GO No 17/2024/lk0-113/23-1-2024-23-1099-113/2023 yksd fuekZ.k foHkkx vuqHkkx&1 fnuakd 16-01-2024 ,oa dk;kZy; izeq[k vfHk;Urk ;krk;kr oxZ yks0fu0fo0 y[kuÅ dk i=kad&3689lh& vks0ih0vkj0,e0lh0@ewy&23&24 fnuakd 17-02-2024- Payment shall be done as per satisfaction of engineer in chage regarding maintenance work carried out by contractor (Including Labour Cess but GST will paid extra as applicable). 1st year Zero Maintenance cost and 2nd year Total construction of cost Item No. 1 to 15 Rs 13602184.50 @ 0.75%

3rd Year cost of BOQ @ 1.50% in Item No. 1 to 15

4rth Year cost of BOQ @ 2.25% in Item No. 1 to 15

5rth Year cost of BOQ @ 3% in item no. 1 to 15
