Taking delivery from stores, handling, transportation, pickling, passivation, detergent wash, marking, cutting, bending up to a bend radius of 5D using hydraulic pipe bending machine, fabrication (excluding welding) and erection of pipes on fabricated supports as required. Sizes of pipes involved are 8 NB to 100 NB schedule 40. The rate shall include LP examination and local passivation. Pipe size 8 NB to 25 NB will be considered as 1 inch for quantifying purpose.

Radiography quality butt welding of Stainless steel pipes Schedule 40 by GTAW process using Argon gas cover for shielding arc and purging, LP examination and local passivation of the weld joints as per specifications. This takes into account all the fittings required for each size of pipes. Pipe size 8 NB to 25 NB will be considered as 1 inch for quantifying purpose.

Taking delivery from stores, transportation, handling, fabrication and erection of all stainless steel pipe supports from users materials. This covers the fixing of supports to the staging members and cell walls by welding to existing EPs or by anchor fasteners. Anchor fasteners, however, shall be supplied by the contractor

Fabrication and erection of stainless steel lining work including trench lining (SS304L given as FIM). The scope of work includes preparation of fabrication drawings, supply of requisite materials other than FIM, collection of FIMs from department store, preparation of sheet cutting layout, fabrication of lining work, inspection & testing of lining work including vacuum box test (only Cell floor), return of balance FIMs
