Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid, bedded, jointed and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles on roof terrace, in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed and removing from site complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable cooler stand of any size & any type fixed on external face of walls at cill level of windows at ground floor and first floor of building including cutting holes and making good the disturbed portion with cement mortar or PCC after refixing new cooler stand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of cast iron drain pipe of 100mm bore, jointed in CM and taking out from trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid separately

Dismantling of cast iron drain pipe of 75mm bore, jointed in CM and taking out from trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured and paid separately

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) including concrete bed and haunching and removing rubbish to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down steel window / ventilator of any description and of any type with or without guard bars and making good the disturbed portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on stone surface/brick surfaces of walls including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters including fitting and fixtures area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the wooden shutters from the frame) including cutting holes for hold fasts and making good disturbed surface with cement mortor or PCC after fixing new chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil & getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance exc 250 metre and not exc 500 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep in soft/ loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Water proofing treatment to sunken slab and adjjoining vertical surfaces as specified under :- (a) Demolition of cement concrete in sunken portion. (b) Preparation sunken surfaces by cleaning of and removal of loose concrete (c) Filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent in Forsoc/Berger and other approved make (d) Applying 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Bath seal WPC in suken areas and laying a protective plaster in 10mm thickness in cement mortar (1:3) admixed with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete LW + @ 220ML per bag of cement (e) Applying mix of of DR FIXIT PIDICRETE URP in the ratio 1:1:5 on floor and vertical surface of sunken portion as per manufacturers instructions complete (f) Filling with P:C:C 1:5:10 Type-E2 using 40 mm graded brick aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (g) 12mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces as in sunken portion, with Neeru finish complete. Note: The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. MAKE Dr fixit/STP FOSROC/BASF or equivalent technocommercial make as specified in Appendix 'A'.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for providing precast ce- ment concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate in win- dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin 12.blocks (for use with masonry), string courses,manhole cover , kerb stone, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), withplain fair faces,including chamfers, weatherings,throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps, siesmic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, coping, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, copings bed block, roof kerbs or mud stops, kerb stone, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, surface channels and drains, benching, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings etc.including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and other similar works complete all as specified and directed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Stone slab 25 mm to 35 mm thick dressed true and square, in one length not less than 60cm and n. exc 120cm in copings, window cills, chajjas, sunshades, etc., punched dressed on exposed faces and self faced on the embedded unexposed beds and joints; exposed edges rounded or chamfered as directed, set, jointed and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping), rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F new 30 mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both side incl both side 1.00 mm thick one side Decorative laminate and other side plain laminate type 1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions® complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge including supply and fixing of following items :- (a) Stainless steel (304 Grade) finished butt Hinges 100 mm, 4 Nos per leaf (b) Stainless steel (304 Grade) finished square tower bold 200 mm long-2 Nos per leaf as per table 01 dia of bolt 12 mm (c) Stainless steel (304 Grade) Finished Handles 200 mm-2 Nos per leaf. S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 85 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer, calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F pressed steel frames for door of size 125x60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pressed steel frames for door of size 105x60mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium frames powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not less than 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc and as per the speicification the top and bottom horizontal members and vertical members adjacent walls shall be fixed with floor, ceiling walls and cills where required and fixing with the help of rawal plug and screw or with fixing clip or with expansion hold plate fastners including making arrangement to fix guard bars and PVC sleeves for guard bars. S&F anodised aluminium window / ventilators shutters powder coated (thickness of powder coating shall not less than 50 micron) side hung type, without sash bars having aluminium sections weighting 0.55 Kg/RM including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, rubber neoprene packing including anodised aluminium fitting such as peg stay 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B21 100mm size (2 Nos), suitable handle (1No) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- FENESTA/NALCO/AIS or equivalent technocommercial make as specified in Appendix 'A'.

S&F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer in-charge.

M&L for machine cut single piece Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25mm thick laid over & including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 to 25mm thick (minimum size 550mm x 100mm or size as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting, raiser of steps etc. laid over & including rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including cutting, grinding, rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of mud phuska in roof any thickness including plastering & leeping (whether full thickness removed or only part thereof) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Roof treatment in as specified below and as directed (a) Cleaning the roof surfaces thoroughly using wire brushes to remove sharp projections, cleaning joints, washing, drying and removing all dirt/dust to receive concrete padding/ plaster etc complete. (b) Applying one coat of elastomeric PU based liquid membrane diluted with potable water in the ratio of 1:1 and apply @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (c) Laying polyster reinforced fiber net / 50 sqm Geotextile mesh, upto 300mm on walls. (d) Applying two coats of undilited PU based liquid membrane having Elongation more than 400%, Tensile strength more than 2N/mm2 and alkali & antifungal resistant maintaining thickness of 1.5mm with paint brush/ roller upto 300mm on walls. (e) The complete treatment to be carried out by authorised applicator of waterproofing manufacturer. Note : (i) The treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturer instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) The plan area of floor shall be considered for payment.

M&L for 18-20mm thick Granite slab of approved shade and colour as in cooking platforms, steps, jambs, pillars, window cills and the like etc, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match with shade of Granite stone including cutting, grinding and polishing (mirror polish i.e. full granite polish as per local trade practice) over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in bays not exceeding 3 metre in length and joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with sealing compound grade B. Cost of ceiling compund is included in the unit rate of this item

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic joint free coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :- Johnson/Kajaria/Somany or equivalent technocommercial make as specified in Appendix 'A'.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 300mm x 600mm x 7-8mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement & sand mortar (1:4) including necesary cutting as per site requirment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Make :- Johnson/Kajaria/Somany or equivalent technocommercial make as specified in Appendix 'A'.

S&F factory casted 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete coloured designer polished (rubber moulded coloured interlocking tiles with glossy finish) interlocking paver blocks of grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with grey cement and pigment with coloured top casted in an automatic plant working on vibration and simultaneous hydraulic compression from top, laid over & including 25mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Shape & Colour of pver blocks shall be as approved by GE.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls/concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls/concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement finished as per manufacturer’s instructions including finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - Water proofing compound shall be included in this items. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face surface of brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faced brick masonary or concrete surface of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on brick or concrete surface of ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated, plastered or pointed surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent, salts and treating oil & greasy spots etc and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over a layer of 1.5mm thick acrylic wall putty to achieve desired smoothness. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Paint and primer shall be same make MAKE :- (Brand :- Apex Ultima (Asian Paint), Weather Coat ( Berger Paint ), Excel No Dust ( Nerolac) or equivalent brand of Make specified in Appendix 'A'.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall by vaccume based sanding machine, applying 2mm thick wall care putty(Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats of interior emulsion paint over a coat of primer white or coloured by Roller or Air Spray complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Paint and primer shall be same make. (MAKE :-Tractor Emulsion (Asian Paints), Easy Clean (Berger Paint), Promise Inerior (Dulux Akzonobel) or Techno commercial as mentioned in Appx 'A'.

Notes for srl Item No 135 :- (a) Tenderer shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM - 79 and LM - 80 . (b) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 05 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of CA. Contractor shall obtain warranty from the manufacturer of product on their letter head and submit the same to deparment alonwith his letter head. The product will be replaced free of cost in the following case :- (i) Manfacturing defects (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of clamied values of lumen(or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.
